This guy came to “fix” our garage door that was installed by the same company, ended up defacing the property by taking the spring out (which had nothing to do with the originally problem). Tried to get us to pay for him replacing and fixing what he intentionally broke. When we told him to leave he laughed in our faces. New owners. We will never be using their services again.

We are very happy we chose NGD for our new insulated garage doors. They answered all our questions and the installers were very professional and experienced. The workmanship is outstanding and we are very happy with how everything turned out especially the tin capping around the frames. There were some minor issues with communication while we waited for our doors to be manufactured but overall I would recommend this company to anyone looking.

Stay away. You can find much cheaper service.The garage door didn't close all the way so I had to call for a service. On the positive side, they showed up relatively fast and fixed it in 29 minutes. They charged me $418 for 29 minutes (Have the security camera footage).They have replaced the safety sensors. Checked the price of the sensors and they are 25$ on amazon, I am sure they get it for cheaper :( . Called another company. They do the same for $200 tax included.

Awesome service, great suggestion and honest opinion. This is how I would like to express NGD. My garage door was not in a good shape and it was as loud and unstable as one can imagine, now the same one is as quite as it can get. I am pretty sure every technician working at NGD is good, however if you need the best guy in town ask for Tommy. I won’t be surprise if they start charging extra for their best guy.

Very unprofessional! Amanda lacks the expectations of Customer Service. Installer arrived today and left without giving any notice or giving me time to correct that there were a few things in the way of the install. Conversation to rectify was belittling me without finding a mutual solution to a misunderstanding on expectations. My contractor confirmed that this would have taken a few minutes to correct and we would all be happy!

Amazing work done by technician Tommy! He was friendly, fast and advised us on the best course of action forward. Highly recommended, and we will certainly use again in the future. Thanks Tommy!

Awesome company to deal with! I had a broken spring and called for service. In just under 24 hours they had a new spring installed and the job done at a great price! Excellent service! I got quotes from three different companies and decided to go with NGD, it was a right choice. They did a very good job and the price was better than other two offers. Amanda was very helpful with good professional advice about the type of doors which better fits my house. Avoid this company!Newmarket Garage Doors are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They make many mistakes when placing orders, and ignore requests for corrections. They guarantee installation dates and times, which are constantly pushed back and extended. They completely mismanaged my project leaving me with un-operable garage doors for months. Amanda and the team are incredibly rude on the phone, and lack customer service skills. If you are looking for garage doors, definitely look elsewhere. Richard-Wilcox is a great product, but find another vendor as this company was absolutely terrible to deal with.

We had two garage doors installed by Newwmarket Garage Doors in 2011. Shortly after that we backed into the door while still closed and there was a slight dent. The garage door was still working did not look bad so we didn't do anything about it. Now the door was having problems opening so we thought we probably needed a new door. Amanda came out to assess and she did not think we needed a new door. She said rather then spend the money to replace the door and most likely two doors as even with same color would not match she said it would be better to see if the door could be fixed or maybe the garage door opener needed replacing so rather then spend the money for a new door/doors to go this route first. Tommy came out and fixed the door. He said the door was still good. I really appreciate the honesty of this company. They could have easily said we needed a new door/doors. They did a good job back in 2011 and their customer service is outstanding and they care about their customers. I would highly recommend using them. They are a family owned business and when the time comes to replace the doors will not hesitate to contact them.
