If I wanted chill soup that’s what it would’ve looked like. The chilli was like it was watered down.There are certain reasons that this can happen,. If it’s not up to standard just don’t serve it.The customer can be slightly disappointed, but can order something else, and leave with an alternative that is to is liking. Consistency is the answer. When prices are high as they are now, people should be demanding better quality and service but I see we’re not getting that in all places.

I go through the drive thru here pretty regularly and more recently each time I’ve gone through I am happily greeted by a worker named Aidan! He is always happy and positive on the speaker and even more of a joy at the window regardless of the chaos that could be going on behind him. He seems to truly make and effort to make sure he’s a positive point in your day. This afternoon in particular I ordered at the intercom (was a girl that took my order) and when I got to the window It was Aidan, he explained that they have had a very busy day today as McDonald’s ice cream machine is down so they are low on a lot of their donut there for they didn’t have what I had initially ordered. But Aidan was ready with my other options with a huge smile on his face (even went through the process of explaining the difference of the donut he was suggesting instead! )All in all. Just wanted to say that this young man is an incredible addition to this location and I honestly stop in more because of how great the service has been when he is on shift! - Great Job to day Aidan.(Sorry if I spelt your name wrong )

Waited to order at the menu board for five minutes with no service. Drove up to the window to place our order where the workers looked at us and continued to ignore us. My husband honked his horn twice to get their attention after they walked away and finally someone came to the window to take our order.

Got here around 5pm, no one in line and 1 car leaving drive thru. About 4 teenagers working behind counter just chatting, not looking to take any orders. Maybe time to get new staff haha

Going to McDonald's now my guy is along haul/ice road trucker and we eat at a lot of fast foods cause there are hardly any good restaurants out there for truckers, so we had Tim's coffee every day and more than once a day, truckers drink a lot of coffee but getting what you don't order, I can't speak for other truckers but we're sick of it. McDonald's here we come

We are living in the neighbourhood. Almost every other day, after dog walks we are visiting this branch. Unfortunately, three times they have sign like sorry onyl drive thru due to short staff" around 7pm. Although three staffs working inside and noone at the store so they are not busy but doors are locked. Very weird and unproffesional management!"

I come here almost everyday for coffee. But today might’ve been my last.Ordered two caramel iced coffees, easy cream and shot of espresso in each.The guy working the drive thru seemed lifeless. Didn't seem he wanted to be there, nor greet me or look me in the eyes.When he handed me the iced coffees, they were clearly not easy cream. It was pretty much all cream.So I asked him, these dont look like easy cream. He has the AUDACITY to lie to my face, and say “oh its darker because its easy cream”. It was as white as snow.So i walked in and got them “fixed”. But they didn’t have caramel in them.I think you guys should either let him go, or write him up. He gives a bad vibe with his negativity. Which is a shame, because all the other employees are lovely.

This Tims location has been great. Until recently. I moved here 8 months ago and am at this location every morning before work, Without fail. My order has been the same since I arrived. 2 large doubles. Nothing more or less. For the last 3 weeks, my order has been wrong in one way or another. For example: Not made correctly, given someone else's order, overcharged, and then this morning, I went into the store to perhaps have a better experience. I was mistaken. I was the only person in the store and my 2 coffee order took 12 minutes, and was again handed a regular/half decaf and a french vanilla.... It wasn't always like this, and I the staff is always nice, but man. It's getting rough in there. Please do better Tim's staff.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful in helping you choose your donuts and food if you have a elergy to some foods and desserts. The prices are reasonable and the food is always fresh. I recommend that if you want a fresh coffee or donut at a late hour this would be your stop!
