I have never written review before but this had to be done.Computer's mouse moving on it's own, screen opening and closing on it's own. Completely out of control.Called 4x with over 1 hour each time. No resolutions. Was promise temporary computer in one days if they needed to work on it and they just won't send it 1 1/2 month later.Having a hard time writing this review with all the screens opening. The guy just kept trying to sale me a renewal instead of sending me a replacement computer.I pay $200/m or so with them for a secure system. Anyone has suggestions where I can take my business?

After close to a decade with this company, we are switching to a new IT service provider. The 'last straw' involved a faulty laptop that was replaced without having been properly configured. When I suggested I courier the unit back to have it configured, I was told I had to connect remotely with tech support. Having previously spent seven hours with tech support with a new laptop, I wasn't willing to do so again. The matter was escalated to the Vice-President Technology and Operations who refused to allow me to return the laptop to have SharePoint set up. The new IT service provider asked me why I'd stayed with NPC for so long. I was embarrassed not be able to express a reason other than overlapping leases for multiple units made it a challenge to move companies. I will now have to pay double for IT services until my leases with NPC expire, as they are unwilling to release me from the contracts.

I have been paying for a laptop from Faithlife (horrible) for over a year. Took over a lease and they want almost $4000 for the piece of garbage laptop. Robery
