Kent Motel Niagara on the Lake

I visited this hotel as a makeup artist, getting a bridal party ready for a wedding. It's stunning. The suites are absolutely beautiful. Every detail is perfectly in place.

I was so happy I got the room with the balcony! What an incredible view of the river. The room was a dream in the summer. I could have spent weeks hanging out by the river gorge and listening to the sounds of nature. It is such a peaceful little piece of the world. Can't wait to be back.

I stayed here twice last year.Once with my mom and second time with a friend.Service was excellent. Room was impeccable, clean, cute decor.The only thing if your on the bottom floor. The guests above are loud (walking around).Also, rooms further from the office, Wi-Fi connection is weak.Otherwise, had a pleasant stay and our hostess was very nice...sorry can't remember her name.

Kent Motel is a tranquil oasis, far from being the typical. … My daughter and I hadRoom #102, charming design, very clean & spacious….,2 queen beds, a sitting area, and balcony. Beds were super comfy. Other pluses…luxurious towels, nespresso machine, and a bar fridge!The location is within walking distance to the river and the historical neighborhood of Queenston with its beautiful heritage homes and gardens. A welcome calm of nature and peacefulness.But above all else was the warm hospitality of the staff…. Matthew and Yvonne, General Managers, and Sev, one of the cleaning staff! They were all very accommodating, made us feel truly welcome!Will definitely recommend this gem to others and will be back!!

A lovely surprise! The room was spacious, well appointed, clean, and the fireplace made it super cozy. I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful views, very quiet (as opposed to a typical hotel with neighbours slamming doors). Loved the charming decor - like a home away from home.Very clean, fireplace, mini fridge, wine glasses and opener. I liked how we could leave the key in the room when leaving. Convenient. Easy check-in and out. No standing in a line to wait. We would definitely book here again. Matt was our host..thank you!

Decent rooms in a nice part of the peninsula. Not well staffed, usually no one at reception and I attempted to call the neighboring inn which is owned by same people with no answer. Left a message to get more coffee (as the room was not restocked in the morning) and never got a reply or more coffee. Beds were comfy, pillows were not. Very lumpy. Wifi worked but was slow. I left it to go back to data a couple of times. If you’re on the ground floor you can hear absolutely everything in the room above you. Had noisy people stomping around till late on my visit. Adequate accommodation if you can’t find anything else.

We just spent 2 nights at the Kent and we could not be happier with our stay.Our room, on the 2nd floor, was well appointed and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a mini fridge for our wine ;) !The hotel itself is in the quiet town of Queenston, which was perfect for us; we were able to return from our busy day and relax quietly at night.Matt at check in was very efficient and kind.There was ample free parking.We will absolutely be back next time we are in Niagara for a getaway.

Lovely motel, very clean, comfortable beds, and decent WiFi.Lots of parking.There is a second floor with stairs - nonlift/elevator.The rooms have Nespresso machines & pods - Keurig/K-cups will NOT fit! The coffee is quite a bit stronger, but also expresso sized. Small bar fridge as well, but no microwave.The AC unit works wonderfully, and the windows have built-in blinds.
