Margaret was wonderful today. She was very helpful and patient. Definitely would return in the future and recommend her assistance to anyone.

Costumer support is non-existent. Not on store level and not on the website. Ordered to this store a few times, they never call to let you know it's ready to pick up. The last time the store had canceled the order, when we hadn't known the item was ready for pick up. Item wasn't supposed to arrive for a few weeks. Suddenly got a cancellation email, I immediately responded back asking not to cancel. Never heard back, apparently no one responds to emails. First I contacted Costumer care online, they claimed the item was never shipped and was out of stock when order was placed. When we called the store and spoke to the manager , it turned out they got the item but the order was cancelled because we didn't pick up. she said she will contact customer care and let us know the instructions she was given and that in cases like this there is something they can do. Upon calling the call center as instructed by the store manager Mandy, we spoke with Elizabeth, who was unwilling to assist , when she called Mandy to verify the information, turns out Mandy told her something completely different than what she told us. Utterly disappointed in this experience as I own many pieces from People's. This is also not the only issue with this location of people's, previously they resized my ring and had completely changed the shape of the band and no one could explain why. Time to look elsewhere.

Margaret was fantastic!I called to check on an item and she quickly verified and placed it on hold for me as it was the last one in stock! Once she gathered my information for the hold I started to head over when I received a phone call. It was calling me back to let me know what entrance to use for the mall to quickly access them without having to go in circle. She truly went above and beyond on that note. Once I arrived and identified myself she quickly rung me in and gift wrapped the package. It was just so seamless all the way thru her explanation on warranty and even going a step further by stating that she had set reminders for herself/store to call to do my two check ups a year to keep my warranty! So beyond impressed. I was then followed up by an email the next day thanking me personally for my business. It’s the small touches she does that go the long way!! I highly recommend Margaret at this location!

Amazing staff! They have helped me for many years and I wouldn’t go any where else. Any time I have come here they have helped me promptly and with much care. You carry your wedding bands for life and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them.

All of the staff went above and beyond at this store for me. I had had a few some-what frustrating experiences at the other Hamilton location so I decided to try this one and I am so glad I did! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and inviting. Shout out especially to Mandy for making our experience amazing and helping me get the most perfect wedding band.

Bought some earrings here this weekend, I had a gift card that wasn't working and Marisa went above and beyond to help get the card reactivated for us to be able to use it towards the purchase! Amazing customer service!
