Casualife Outdoor Living: Patio Furniture

Love Casualife Outdoor Living. I've purchased all my patio furniture and planters from them and intend to buy more. They carry stylish, high quality furniture, and reasonable prices. Furniture looks just like what you might expect from Gloster or Kingsley Bates but for 1/2 the price. Not only do they have exceptional products but their service is top notch and that's what keeps me coming back. Quality and price are one thing, but having professional, helpful staff that treat you well scores them top points in my book.

Casualife is hitting that perfect sweet spot. A great selection of stylish, well built, good quality pieces for outdoor living, at very reasonable prices. The sales help from Erica in the showroom was excellent, and the delivery and setup team at our home was flawless. They truly have exceeded our expectations and we are completely satisfied.

Great service. Great products. We recently ordered a couple of patio chairs from Casual Life in their new location. The staff in the store were very helpful. Delivery was as promised. The chairs are fantastic. When our covers were not ready with the order Jill personally delivered them on a Sunday morning! Very focused on customer service.

She was prompt in communication and put lots of work into creating visuals and selections for our redevelopment project while listening to what was important to us. We have been searching for 2 years for something different! Show room is set up beautifully; lots of pieces to help visualize the space! Gabriel at casual life was super helpful; he stayed an hour late to process the order since we drove from out of town!! Highly recommend for different pieces and exceptional service! I rarely write Google reviews but wanted others to know that I've extended our thanks to Jill and the Casualife team for such exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Jill's and Erica's help in selecting the right items for our backyard was greatly appreciated - being guided through a virtual viewing of the pieces in store when we couldn't be there in person, and then having a digital mock-up of our existing space and potential furniture was incredibly helpful in making a decision. Kaon and his colleague delivered our items on two separate occasions with seamless professionalism - they were courteous, mindful, timely, and friendly, and kept safety in mind by always masking. Despite the delays in shipments (which was completely out of their control), we could not have asked for a better experience overall.
