The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life.I have been waiting month just for GE to fix my stove that is about 6 months oldTerrible!!Do not recommend to anyone

I called for service call under warranty for dishwasher. Worst and very bad customer service. waiting over a month, calling back weekly and issue still isn't fixed. I asked for a manager, the customer service said, the is no manager, unbelievable, I don't Recommend G.E. to anyone looking for good customer care.

I bought a GE Profile which was delivered on December the 18th 2020. It arrived with scratches and a large dent in the door. Upon using it I discovered that there was something frighteningly wrong with the convection setting. I called but could not get a tech to the house until January the 6 of 2021. The service tech came and it needs five parts which he told me would take 4 or 5 weeks to receive. I called the store I purchased it at to complain. At this point I just want to return the stove and purchase something that works but there is a no return policy and I now I have a $2700 piece of junk that won't work right for at least a month. Please do not buy any GE Products their customer service IS GARBAGE!!!!!

Purchased a washer/dryer combo on Oct 23/20. Wasn't working properly so service technician came on Oct 30th to take a look. Still not functioning properly, so we have asked for an exchange of the appliance. Been back and forth for over 3 weeks with Tasco, Elite Appliance and GE. No one is able to give me a proper answer and I keep getting pushed from one person to another. Been calling everyday and keep getting the same story that someone is going to call me back. I called Nov 12th and was assured someone from GE was going to call me back in 24 hours .......its now Nov 15th and I am still waiting. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT BUY A GE APPLIANCE!!!!!!!

Bought a mini GE fridge. Poor service to address my issues and complete confusion from warranty department and ability to repair. Very frustrating experience.

Bought GE appliance and they’re garbage. $3000 fridge broke within 2 weeks (compressor blew out) and new one has major issues not even a year later. DO NOT BUY THESE APPLIANCES.

Terrible customer service. I have waited over a week from a manager because the staff does not know whats going on nor cares. It seems like the products are going down hill. GE has spent $$$$ on repairing the new faulty fridge and stove. Now my microwave is having issues with the control panel. Customer service is terrible. If they don't fix whats going on they will end up like sears and toys R us.

I bought a brand new GE Washer and Dryer from Canadian Appliance Supply (CAS). They dropped off a washing machine that didn't work and just told me to call the customer service line. It's now been almost 2 weeks and I regret to report after many back and forth frustrating emails and phone calls to CAS, GE and their third party repair company NEAS I still have not had anyone come out to fix my defective BRAND NEW Never been used Washing machine. I can assure you they genuinely don't care about their customers, their defective product and poorly managed company reflects in their stock price, BUYER BEWARE. I will never buy another GE product as long as I live and suggest you don't either.

I used to be a loyalty customer for GE products. However, the quality of the GE washer I bought during pandemic fully disappointed me. GE is out of my future purchasing list.
