Affair Tent & Event Rentals

I find it interesting that this company only comments on the positive reviews…there is no accountability or any evidence that you try to take responsibility or make things right with the customers…I saw a very bad review for this company on social media, and thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt….but when I came to check reviews on google, it seems like my suspicions were right. Owner should try harder to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE….if all they are worried about is another sale, eventually, that will stop too if there are more negative reviews than positive…

Paul, Chris and the setup/takedown crew were all extremely professional. Rentals arrival and set up(tent) went off without a hitch. Price was fair. Great dealing Affair Rentals. I would (and will) recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Paul for organizing it all.

Our family had the best experience With Chris at Affair tents & rentals! They were so easy to work with, very patient & accommodating. Delivered early to give us time to set up, professional staff. We rented a beautiful draped tent for the wedding day, along with harvest tables/chairs/linens/plates, glasses etc. The perfect one stop shop for any occasion!Our family Would recommend them 100% for any type of event. Fabulous sales and account management and top notch installation crew who were not only officiant, they were very pleasant to deal with. This is was our 8th year with Affair and we look forward to another 8!

Excellent company. Chris and Ann were very helpful. In spite of the last minute changes when the tent type and size had to be changed 5 days before the event due to the bad weather the company did impeccable job to meet the park and our requirements . We are very happy to recommend Affair tents. Chris and Ann were very easy to work with. We are planning to hire this company again next year for our event.

Very professional with reasonable prices for GREAT quality and peace of mind.We've dealt with Chris to build a tent for our outdoor wedding on August 22, 2020. It was a last minute decision to build a tent couple of weeks before the wedding (because of the Covid-19 situation) and we needed someone who's hands on and ready to get things done and luckily we found Chris. Super professional and respectful. We reached out to him and he sounded very knowledgeable about rules and regulations which was all what we needed. He gave us all the information and instructions on what we need to get done to build the tent, did all the paper work in a very efficient manner.Fast forward to the day of, the tent, lighting and whole setting was built on time without a single issue. Everything looked perfect and our day couldn't have been any better!! Thanks so much for being very professional and easy to deal with!

If your looking for a good product and support Affair is perfect. All the staff from sales to management are amazing. I had a difficult customer that changed the rentals multiple times. I believe I made at least 10 calls to Affair. They were always pleasant and flexible. Not once were they rude. The are very knowledgeable and a great source of information.

Affair Tent & Event Rentals were awesome. My military unit hired them for a big ceremony on May 14, 2022. Chris and Rick were responsive, supportive, and most of all flexible to some last-minute changes we needed to make. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to stage a large outdoor event.
