Apparently this office complex has a problem with falling bricks. Rather than fix the problem, the Harper Government simply erected protective metal fencing around the entire building, which gives this public service workplace a kind of nouveau prison vibe.

The air in here is terrible. Custodians don't pick up the trash, leaving it up to employees who sometimes forget, which has led to fruit flies, bats and mice. I'm sure it was a nice place to work in back in the 70's. For food, you have a choice between Marcellos, another Marcellos, an over priced convenience store and Tim Horton's. The renovations are not happening fast enough.

Very outdated offices, thankfully I dont work here but an excellent place to stop for Lunch. Dirty and derelict looking from the outside but very clean on the inside

These are very functional office buildings with small shops, a coffee shop, a convenience store and a couple of good spots to buy lunch. Public transit for both Québec and Ontario just outside.
