I dealt with Katapa for my purchase. I think he's mentally disabled so it's good to see Phatboy employing people from the mentally challenged community, despite the fact that he kept staring at my mother-in-law's cleavage the entire time. He's a bit of a perv but I think it's because he's slow. Service wasn't that great tbh.

My experience while dealing with Phatboy was excellent. They were super busy during the festive season, but their after-sale service is outstanding. I recommend this shop for purchasing firecrackers. It’s not their fault if some firecrackers do no work, but still, they are cooperative and provide a resolution with no excuses. Prices are also reasonable. Thank you again.
