I just wanted to say that Gurneer & Logan were super helpful when I visited yesterday. They helped me return an item and find something that worked for me. They were so friendly and kind. Also, while in store 2 other associates offered to help me, just a great experience overall! Super friendly staff!

It will not make any difference to them and they will keep doing the same. The staff there lied on my face when I selected a shoe from display and requested him to get a fresh pair to purchase. He said “we dont buy two pairs of same size, this is store policy” we got up and left to try somewhere else. We got back to this location again as no one had what we needed. This time I went to another staff he immediately got me a fresh size I needed. The reason this one star is given because my complaint to the manager seems like will not help making this rude staff understand that he needs to respect people who are talking to him nicely and respecting him. He in return showed attitude and lied again that he looked for it and it wasn’t there and made faces.Unacceptable.

Kids running the place. Customer service SUCKS. Asked a guy for a size, didn’t talk to me polite at all, didn’t bother to check for a size and showed no effort in helping me. Continued to talk to his coworkers at the desk and nobody is helping customers. Just a bunch of kids doing nothing. 0/10.

Such an amazing selection of clothes but the employees ruin the store. They are partying, talking bad about when they receive calls and don’t want to help with shoe selections. One employee just gives out nasty looks ( she’s on shift Wednesday during day, no greetings, just dirty looks). We went to cash out no one wanted to cash us out. Really is sad to see how they have 8 employees not wanting to help a soul in the store. This is something that should be addressed as your store could have such higher sales if your staff actually worked.

No star for customer services .... You can go to Toronto premium outlet.. Do not come here... Its 5, clock ..Employees don't give any attention to their customers just moving here and there.. Employees spend lot of time at back ... whoever owning this store.. Just check on your staff.Worst experience this time...

I just came back from this foot locker, and as the other reviews stated from 3 months ago and beyond!!! The customer service is still bad! These kids dont care. Stop hiring high schoolers trying to be cool instead of focusing on their workWhy has nothing been done about this yet??! Everyone do yourself a favour and go to JD sports their customer service is better and they have a better selection. Even champs is better. their selection is just garbage

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I went into Footlocker this evening to purchase a few pairs of shoes, to then be ignored by two young ladies near the kids section. I don’t know how many times one has to reiterate what size they need, but to not go and retrieve it for a customer is a whole other situation. I waited and gave her a chance to bring it out. I then decided to try on another pair and another young lady whom works there decided to stand in front of me to check her self out while I was in front of the mirror trying on the shoe. Let me be clear, I’m a very very patient person. I am very observant. After about 15 mins the original young lady STILL DIDN’T BRING THE SHOE I requested … instead was talking to her coworker and being less than approachable when customers are trying to get both of their attention! I calmly left the store and I will be contacting the manager and district manger about this situation. I get it, retail isn’t for everyone, but customer service is extremely important. Not only did your location lose out on a potential $600 sale, they lost a customer. I absolutely won’t be back to this location, and I highly recommend anyone reading this to go somewhere else and spend your money. Poor Customer service 1/10.-Friday January 27th 7:00pm-
