Army loft bed purchase. I inquired about this bed as it was approximately $400 cheaper for the same bed on Wayfair. I spoke with the owner and he seemed lovely and knowledgeable. However, the negative reviews scared me off for two weeks. Then finally, I decided to take a risk and ordered the bed. I paid via E-Transfer and received confirmation right away. The owner quoted me two weeks, I had the bed in 10 days. The bed is exactly what I ordered and what I needed. I am more than impressed with the company and the ordering process. Thanks!

This place doesn't deserve a single star. Its badly run and they give you such a run around its not even funny. Too wishy-washy, spend more were you can get proper warranties and not be stiffed.

Delivery dates promised are not even close to when you will receive your order. The guys working here won't help you if you order from them. God help you if you ask for a refund because they don't deliver on their word. Was told my bed would arrive in a week, website said 5-7 day turnaround. Had one of their employees tell me I was insane for believing them when they told me the delivery time and that the website (Kijiji) said 10-14 day turnaround (it said 5-7 when he pulled up the ad, he changed it right after). He also told me the warehouse they use closes at 3pm so he couldn't get me answers. The guy I dealt with originally is decent but the issue is the wait times compared to what they tell you. If I could give it zero stars I would. Avoid this place entirely.

BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE WORKMANSHIP. A quoted 2 week turnaround for Vanity and Counter Top turns into 3 weeks. Finally on the 4th week, we receive the vanity and incorrect countertop. After hearing about the deficiency on the 5th week, they stopped responding to emails and screening calls. Finally out of frustration, I wanted a refund. Randy said it would be a 35% restocking fee." I said that was unacceptable as the countertop was incorrect and they were doing nothing to rectify the situation. He told me he was working on it

Randy and Abdul have been incredible. Fantastic experience from the inquiry stage, through to post purchase stage. I ordered a Pierdeco shower column and it is perfect. Super satisfied customer and I would not hesitate to shop here again!

I ordered a high quality, beautiful shower column (made in Canada!). Randy made sure it was well packaged and delivered from Edmonton to Montreal. I had a great sales experience! Kudos!

I received the best customer service from Randy at the Renovation Store!. Sadly I ordered a Bosco sink on-line at Wayfair (they didn't reveal the brand but the specs were what I needed) and later discovered that I paid double what the Renovation store would have charged. My mistake however I was able to order the sink grid I needed and received some excellent professional advice on the care of my new sink. Also, it's a Canadian company!

Running a side business of selling phones, but doesn't adhere to deadlines, is impossible to contact, doesn't answer the phone or return calls. Very unproffessional. Actually giving him less than 1 star!
