Mr Safa is the most experienced, and educated trial Lawyer in KW.He also has a compassionate side and it gets respect from anyone who has the pleasure of dealing with him. Whether you are guilty or not he works quickly in speaking with you matters and explains it in words that everyone has no trouble understanding. I would never even consider using anyone else if you had any criminal allegations brought against you.

This lawyer is beyond incompetent and unprofessional, with an extremely terrible attitude and lack of care. He became arrogant, hostile and rude in a second. Wasted my time and money on this lawyer for my son who was the client and I was verbally abused and treated like garbage for being in attendance to be supportive with my son whom Mr Saffa would not allow or permit my son to have me be present so I could advice my son proceeding forward. As my son and I left the office after Saffa insulted me and my son, the Law Clerk's face said it all as she had such a look of embarrassment and disappointment on her face from Sean Saffa's behaviour. Do not waste your time with him and I highly suggest you find someone else!

From my experience, Sean Saffa is the worst lawyer. He doesn't know how to treat or deal with people. I would highly recommend to stay far away from him at all costs. Overall my experience directly with him was very negative. He was very disrespectful, aggressive and hostile towards me throughout.During a meeting that was scheduled to take place with Saffa while present inside his office's reception area Saffa initiated an argument with myself and my father. My father who retained and paid for his services was mistreated for absolutely no reason other than being present in support of myself.Very petty behaviour, and mistreatment towards my father, all because I wanted my father present to advise me personally proceeding our discussions which Saffa would not allow.Saffa lost his composure in a second and became furious and insulted me. It was his way or nothing, either my father left right than and there or no discussion and I would have to get another lawyer and I said that's fine I will get another lawyer. His law clerk was present as a witness and she appeared so embarrassed and disappointed as to Saffa's immature and unprofessional behaviour. Saffa also threatened me leaving his office of what would happen to me if I left a negative review on Google because I mentioned this is exactly what Google reviews say about his composure and attitude and that I would be leaving a negative review myself.He went on to lie and sent me a document that of course dismisses the facts and covers his tracks. Since I have found a much better lawyer.The abuse I experienced from Saffa was uncalled for- additionally he wasted time and money and retaining this lawyer was exhausting and the biggest mistake. Narcissistic behaviour, dishonest and extremely unpleasant to communicate with, not to mention very unprofessional and rude.Hope this helps someone in the future who is seeking legal help and wants to find not only a good lawyer but also a good person. This person is not the choice.

Sean delivers!I consider myself lucky to have chosen a lawyer who knows the law as well as Mr. Safa.But more than the law, he knows his way around the courtroom.Sometimes you need more than just a smart lawyer. I hope that I could give Sean no stars as he does not deserve anything as a human being. I have never felt so hurt, betrayed, and harassed in my life as I did with Sean. If you are looking for help avoid him as he will harass you and not help you. We live in Canada and no person in this country is allowed to treat people the way Sean treated me as it doesn’t fall under the Canadian values. I am writing this review to help somebody so that they do not make the same mistake as I did. Please don’t risk anything and go with another lawyer as there are many great lawyers in the KW area.

This guys is utterly a rude and arrogant character. Lacks listening skills and empathy.Do your own diligence. I would not go 100 miles close to him.
