Waited for 10 minutes for a breakfast drive thru order. Seems to always be like this at this location. I am seriously wondering if Wendy's is aware that people go through drive thrus because they are in a HURRY.

Dont tell people you scan for points then put the payment through without it working. Twice now ive had the app scanned only to not receive any points after the payment. Sunday staff seems frusterated and will try to rush you ordering. Then proceed to make you wait while they chat. Its crazy as ive had amazing service here in the past.

Wendy’s is becoming better in my opinion. Like the sea salted fries. Easy, quick and super clean.Taco salad one of my favourites.

I've been to this location multiple times and the drive thru is always very slow. Fries are never full maybe 3/4 full at best. They seem to be short staffed (like everyone else). My food order has always been correct and the quality has always been excellent.

Cold patty with too much mayo. There were flies when we dined in. And the table needed to be cleaned. Washroom is disgusting and only one available. They close other 2 washrooms and don’t clean the only one washroom.

To paraphrase MC Hawking all my fast food interactions be drive bys:The Line up of 5 cars was dealt with in under 2 minutes, and I was on my way back to work in under 5, including the detour, and waiting for traffic.

I placed a mobile order, after waiting about 10 minutes for my order then bag finally came out. Only to find out that the chicken was cold, so I sent it back. About another 5 minutes go by and the manager bring the bags out this time. I asked her hang on so I can inspect the bag, as I wanted to make sure everything was hot this time. While doing so she began to give me lip complaining she has a long line. I told her I don't care I have a right to check my order as the last one was cold. Of course she denies the food was ever cold. Then she insults me calling me a horrible customer. I told her its time you invested in a thermometer. After returning home I inspected the food more closely only to learn that the chicken nuggets were not redone, they just put them back in the deep fryer to heat them up. They were soo greasy and dried out. It was discussing we had to throw them out. To make matters worse I touched the chicken that they put back in the deep fryer, and yes I know its hot enough to kill anything but come on that is gross.I understand we are only human, and we all make mistakes, but why, why, do people always want to argue and refuse to admit something is wrong. Just expect it and move on, and remake it.

Went for lunch through the drive thru and got a taco salad combo. Everything tasted great till i went to eat my chili. I found a dead fly in my chili and that almost made me lose my lunch. Don't plan on going to that Wendy's again.

No response!!! No hello!!! No hi to the customer!!!! We were standing at the front counter for about 10 min and nobody even said anything!! The employees literally ignored us!!! They were talking in their OWN LANGUAGE TOO!!! No smile! Nothing! Please improve customer service! Never gonna come backkkk… it wasnt even that busy and the girls working literally ignored the customers.. date: June 12, around 8:15 PM

The staff at this location could be better at customer service. This morning(July 13) I went by drive through to grab breakfast, the asian lady with glasses at the payment window was quite rude, had no patience for the customer and worst of all gave me a broken lid for my coffee. Upon informing her of this, she went in and brought me another broken lid. Like what is she even trying to prove here?? I have attached the picture of it.Management needs to take a look at the staff at this location especially this above mentioned individual.
