We were very impressed from start to finish with this company.The designer Leanne was extremely helpful and patient , designing our plans , incorporating all our requests and adding some based on her experience.The cupboards and wall units were delivered on time, and the workmanship was beautiful.The installer Patrick was excellent and placed our cabinetry with accuracy and great workmanship.The island and counter tops were delivered and installed on time, and were beautiful.Our General contractor , Johnathan at Larry’s flooring in Wartburg, who’s team worked on our new flooring, trim and painting , beam , worked to make our new kitchen, living room, dining room our dream come true.Highly recommend Hefner CabinetryThanks ever so muchRick and Linda Baier

I am beyond thrilled with the custom work that the Heffner team brought to my new kitchen! Everyone along the journey was helpful, responsive and made me feel valued. Minja was my designer and her eye for design was also very helpful as we co-created the design. The price was fair and they also stuck to their timeline. It felt like a battle to get and keep Heffner's attention on our project, despite paying a significant amount of money for a new kitchen. In our opinion Heffner's installation staff showed a constant lack of professionalism and attention to detail, and the project suffered as a result. Caulking, cabinetry cuts and other finishes were messy and required repeat repairs. When we raised the issues with Heffner management, we felt brushed off and the kitchen was not finished to our satisfaction.We recommend you find a different provider for your kitchen cabinetry project.

Stay away from this group...kitchen was done well but they treat customers like dirt...not worth spending 30k and being treated badly.

Dave, Kate and Peter were outstanding from start to finish with our project. We had a few ideas for closets in the two bedrooms in our condo and Kate was able to put these ideas on paper" and produced very detailed images to give us a sense of what the final product would look like. Peter and his team of cabinet makers built what looks and feels like a top quality product. And Dave kept us in the loop the entire time

Lack of response to my questions.

This is the company and people..... who think for you chose the best for you... Never think about how much you need to pay them as much as how much satisfaction you get after they leave... What kind of impact they left behind.... There work is outstanding... Results beyond that.... When you think about something and you call your contractor or service provider and he is already prepared it for you even you ask for it.... This is heffner cabinet... The team... Justin another diamond on the crown... He is a lazier fast acting power in the organization.... Thank you so much that is worth 1,000,000 dollars.

Outstanding from start to finish!Between Kate's design knowledge, the obvious skill of their craftsman to Carsten's perfect installation it could not have gone better. Thank you to the whole Heffner team.

Quality of work, responsiveness to our needs and customer service was A++. Kate and Dave were very helpful. We will be returning to them for more cabinetry in our home.
