The four training sessions our puppy had with Rob were great. He was very patient and showed us all of the different options we had to teach our pup not to pull the leash. He also threw a couple of helpful tips that we wouldn't be able to find by reading a book or watching youtube videos. He's awesome and we would highly recommend him for anyone trying to figure out the basics of puppy training and leash walking.Thank you, Rob!

This place is amazing. I found out about K & S through a Facebook page and I'm very happy that I did. Rob is very professional, knows his stuff, and treated my boy like his own. Let me start off by saying that I have a very high energy, high prey driven, alpha male American Bully who is about to be 2. He started showing signs of aggression in the home after I neutered him at 20 months old, and he is extremely protective over me. Walks were horrible and he was extremely leash reactive. I sent Milo to him for a 3 week board and train and it was one of the best decisions I've made. He came home to me well behaved, looks for permission, and I can now take him on long walks without pulling or him reactive to other dogs, people, or children on the street. He listens a lot better and is more submissive. This is exactly what I needed from him. There are obviously still a few things that need to be worked on in the home, but his change in behavior is extremely noticeable. He is still protective, and is dog selective. But I see so much more potential in him now that Rob has had him. I've never thought about boarding my dog out of fear and not knowing how he is being treated, but I'm happy to say I've found a place I trust to leave my dog at and I know he will be in good hands. I've already set up another weekend boarding with K & S! Milo did come home with some war wounds and raw spots on his neck from his collar, and on his belly from the crate, but Rob kept me informed the whole time and treated him while he was there. I was expecting some skin irritation due to prolonged leash work, and the crate is somewhat new to Milo.  I'm very happy with my experience here and would recommend K & S to anyone who asks. Rob, thanks for taking on my stubborn dog. You did an amazing job.

My dog Willow attended the board and train program for 2 weeks for some aggressive issues. She is much more gentle and even more calm now. Rob is really great, sent me lots of pictures and gave me updates every couple days, I also chatted with him a couple times on the phone while she was in training to hear her progress. The facility is clean with lots of room for the dogs to play and train. Great experience, you can tell they really care about what they do.

What really amazes me about Rob us how clear it is that he loves every dog that he cares for, like it was his own. The daily activities, socialization and time he takes with each dog, rather in a pack or one on one, shows his absolute dedication and passion for dogs.In just a few short weeks, I saw a positive response in my boys Jax and Kane. Calmer, more respectful behavior, better listening and social skills around other dogs. Something I didn't think was possible. Especially with my St.bernard Kane.My boys are always so happy and excited when they see Rob. Which as a dog mom is so comforting.Unlike a lot of people I know, I always felt really guilty about leaving my fur babies when I work and travel. Rob has taken that guilty feeling at ease, knowing my boys having a blast and are well taken care of.I have totally trust and confidence in Rob to care for Jax and Kane. I love how they come home happy and tired as well. Which is the ideal combination for high energy dogs like my boys.It's said that it takes a whole village to raise a child, and it seems to be a similar experience when nurturing a healthy and happy dog.I highly recommend Kane and Serena's Pet Services for any dog parent looking for the safest, most comfortable and playful place for their dogs!

this man trained my husky wolf adolescent to be a man. he is a new dog. he is my therapy dog and pulls me in my wheelchair to go anywhere i need to go. i would highly recommend this service to anyone. he also loves your dog like his own and spends quality time with all his dogs.

I am so glad I found Kane & Serena Pet Services for my puppy Archie. I called Rob last minute to see if he can help accommodate Archie for one day day care due to a family emergency. This was also the first time Archie away from us for a whole day, so I was quite worried. Rob is so helpful and patient to explain to us. He also sent me regular updates. Archie was taken good care of and had a great time to play with Serena and Kayley.

Finally this place is on google maps !! It’s about time the world finds out about this GEM.Third time now boarding and also did the day training and day camp with Kane and Serena Pet services and wouldn’t go anywhere else...The place is not your ordinary pet store that holds 20 dogs in a small room, it’s 20+ acres of land and the owners know how to treat my dog like their own. Not just that but teaching manners and training my dog while I was away. I like to think Of myself as a good trainer for my dog but the things these guys taught me have been beyond my scope and changed things a lot. appreciate all the hospitality guys .

I can't thank Rob at K&S enough for his help with our dog Archie. His 3 week board and train completely turned my dog's confidence around when I thought it could never be done.We rescued Archie a year ago from an abusive household. Although both my boyfriend and I have a strong background in dog training, Archie needed extra help with fear aggression we didn't know how to give him. Immediately upon introduction, Rob never treated our dog as 'bad but encouragingly saw the best in him. Our dog, who would traditionally attack everyone he met, thrived under Rob's watch. He was introduced to his pack and a variety of loving handlers who gave our dog the confidence he needed.When we dropped Archie off we were at a point where many vets and trainers told us to give up. He was afraid and aggressive to everyone he met. He also had previous separation anxiety I was worried would come back after training. Rob gave us new rules for guests in the house and instructions to follow. With the instructions and the confidence our dog gained I can confidentially trust my dog where I never could before.The cost was also very minimal compared to other board and train programs for aggressive dogs, solely because it's what Rob truly loves to do. You can easily see its his passion and he has a sled dog team of his own that he loves dearly. I was updated daily and all of my follow-up questions no matter how dumb are answered promptly and professionallyTL/DR - you will never find another person who will believe and fight for your dog like Rob will. The prices are almost to go to be true. He saved my dog's life

We are so happy with Kane & Serena services. Our puppy was so happy while on a week of train and board. He has met many kind of dogs and that taught him so much. The set up and the space over there is a real dream for any dog. We won't hesitate to send our dog there again if we ever need someone to take care of him. Communication is great, we had daily update and pictures. You can tell they really care about the betterment of each dog. Thank you again for the great work with Gobi. He came back so happy, he learned so much and he was smelling so nice!

This man was so lovely to my dog. I have a french bulldog/chihuahua who was very bad and difficult to handle at time, Rob was so professional and reliable in training my dog to be obedience around people and other dogs. We were expecting a baby so we needed him trained to be well behaved around our new born baby and I have to say that Rob did that exceptionally because when we got our dog back, he was more than well behaved, he was actually great with our new born baby.He assisted us with all types of situation like picking up our dog and dropping him back to our home. We requested 2 weeks boarding with training for our dog as we did not know when our baby was gonna come, Rob went above and beyond by assisting us with a few more days for the boarding and training as our baby ended up coming late which really helped us out a lot.As a living proof, I strongly recommend this man for any dog services. I will 100% be using his services again.
