Best thing about this place is the fresh vegetables that go in to the noodles and rice dishes. Portions are large so consider sharing. Would recommend they flavour the Singaporean noodles a little bit more, it lacked seasoning, but the Thai flavoured noodles and the teriyaki noodles were amazing!

After few times they she said they ran out of (rice) and won't make more as they close in hour or 1.5hr ?Other times I went they cleaning up way before closing. May as well close hour early so staff can clean up in time to be out door at 8 on the dot.

Scorching hot was way too hot to be enjoyable. I asked for a glass of water and that was refused saying we don't do that here". Bought pop but still way too hot and also drank from my water jug from my car. Girl working at the counter a little too new to the work force to be considerate about the situation or understand the food industry. Will not be giving this company my business again."

Where do I begin…… the noodle box company doesn’t realize the cook they have on their hands! A HUGE congratulations to JORDAN C. for not only gaining me as a customer but deleting by skepticism about this fast food fusion restaurant! He knocked it out of the park with the black bean noodle dish! I hope that the noodle company pays you well… and appreciates your skill??!! If they don’t… I’ll come back and steal him away for my own restaurant! Thank you to the NOODLE BOX in port alberni, for the excellent service and fresh flavours.

Gave up after being told for the 5th time 1hr before closing they won't make more rice for the dishes or can't make dishes as there cleaning up for night 1hr and up to 15 hr before closing. They did offer to make my butter chk with noodles lol. Beef was good first few times then past few times its shoe leatherthere has been AMAZING service here but half time there one girl that seems upset or just want go.home 1. To 1.5 hr early

Ordered from this location off door dash, had a bit of a mix up with some of my food not making it in the bag.I have to appreciate the amazing customer service from these guys, super accommodating and very friendly. Knew exactly what was going on when I called in.Amazing food, great tasting and big portions. Very happy with the service I received from them, even when I looked grumpy going to the location to pick up the missing items. Sorrry just a hungry pregnant gal craving your food lolThanks again!

Gotta admit i was pretty excited to see a Noodlebox in Port Alberni. Dinner couldn't come soon enough. Ordered a chili plum with pork via the app. App is easy to use. My chili plum, medium heat, was ready in 10 minutes. A friendly smiling face greeted me and served my order. It was so good! Love the chili plum box. So much meat and veggies - very pleasantly surprised! Heat was good, could have been a little spicier. Sometimes a medium heat will get my nose running and my tongue tingling. Not so much this time. Still tasted amazing. Loved it. This Noodlebox will be a regular meal for me when I'm in town. Highly recommend.

Super nice staff who are friendly and awesome air conditioned clean environment! As always, great food that packs a lot of heat (depends on your order)! Recommended! Oh and also, the portion is huge!
