I CALLED IN TO MAKE A COMPLAINT- TODAY AUG 18, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS EXTREMELY HARSH- HER TONE OF VOICE WAS EXTREMELY ROUGH- wanted to know what my complaint is- I said I would like to speak to customer service- she adruptly came back and said they will call me back- I told her I found her very unprofessional- asked for her name she said she is very busy she has three calls waiting- I insisted in getting her name she said Paula- I gave her my number for a call back about Feta Cheese. I don't know if I will deal with a company like this.i wish to make a further report on my above message. in continuation I spoke with a representative named Sue- she was extremely apologetic about my experience - and she followed up with a promise to replace the product of Feta Cheese. I was delighted to receive a call two weeks later from the truck driver that he was at my door with a replacement- I was not home so two hours later I called him and he drove back to my house from where ever he was to bring me the Feta Cheese. I also received a call from the office Sue informed me that they would come by. I think this was very pleasing and I will make a point of saying that I will continue to buy the Feta Cheese product which I find the best compared to any other brands in the stores"- so I am unable to get my complaint cancelled but hope that my gratification will be noted and that Krinos sales will soar. I have also been purchasing all the Greek Krinos products which are a reminder of the original Greek foods."
