Never ever even think about renting car from them. My husband car had an issue, he needed the rental car to be at work, he supposed to pick up the car at 7:30, although he was there sooner, Hertz people showed up at 7:36. There was no available car there. He even asked for ride home and the person who worked!!! there ( not sure if he really work or know how to work !!!) refused. Make my husband to waste his time, and one day to be at work. These people has no respect for their customers, never trust their website specially if you chose this Richmond Hill location.

Unreliable. I rented a car twice this month and both times were cancelled because lack of available cars. Most recently I reserved a week in advance but they called at 4:46pm to advise they couldn't give me a car. Most rental places close at 5pm so I had to scramble to find an alternate solution. They could have at least given me earlier notice. When I've rented before they seemed very nice and professional but reliability is the most important thing for customer loyalty. Recent experiences will stop me from going again.

Today I took my car for service, and received a rental instead while my car was over there. The process of picking up the rental car and returning was pretty fast, and the guy was friendly. They asked me to inspect the car carefully before picking up, and also showed me the parts which had minor issues. Everything went smooth for me.

GREAT customer service! Quick, fast and reliable!!!MATTHEW was very helpful and he was able to quickly get the vehicle I wanted. Not to mention, he resolved the initial issue I had with the rep at Hertz Canada, who was quite rude and I almost cancelled my reservation because of her. Matthew quickly assessed my concerns and apologized for the bad phone conversation I had with the Hertz Canada rep. I thought that was very professional of him, even though it was not his fault.I rented a vehicle twice in the last month from this location and both times the experiences I encountered were excellent and exceeded my expectations by far! Thanks MATTHEW!

This place doesn't have phones. Why have a number when you don't have a phone? I called 19 times today just to see if you would answer. Starting from 1pm till 4pm. Now I tried after 4 pm and it doesn't ring. Just give me my car that's all I want. Your email said to call and confirm. Why send a confirmation email that says call to confirm?

I rented a car for a few days and, upon returning it, I was asked to pay $2500 CAD for a chipped windshield. I had taken pictures prior to renting, so I was able to prove that it was there before. The chip size was very small, approximately 3mm, and it was not detected in the original inspection, yet it was immediately identified during the return inspection. I could hardly spot it even when it was pointed out. Beware when renting from this location.

I DONOT recommend renting car from them. I reserved a car through the website two days ago, I was supposed to pick up the car at 7:30 today, arrived there at 7:20, Hertz guy showed up at 7:36. When I asked about my reservation he said There is no available car . He didnt have any answers for me !!! I asked for a ride to Enterprise for renting a car from there but he refused. I could not get to work today because of Hertz. These people has no respect for their customers, never trust their website specially if you chose this Richmond Hill location.

Unreliable.I reserved a Tesla but in last minutes they said we don’t have Tesla and we gave just Lexus and as it was late and all other branches were closed, I didn’t have any other options. When I arrived at the office, I asked for new car and they said new cars are available just for Lexus clients.
