Nice place a lot of stock! But they need to work on the refund policy to refund without the bill when its pay with a card just like Homedepot do..wich is the best.

Went to Reno Depot this afternoon for a big shopping list, and when I got to the entrance they a worker by the name of Umberto asked for my vaccination, I showed him my CDC Vaccine card and my ID , he asked me to wait so he can check with some one, one of the managers came and refused me an entry just because my vaccinations was done in the USA , I even explained to him that I have been to many restaurants, shopping, came through the airport and he still refused to let me in, he was rude, very close minded and yes he was very ignorant. I did call the home office and they did apologize about the way I was treated, and filled a complaint…. This guy was a sheep and ignorant, I will not give them my business, and I went to Home Depot, better service by far !!!

Today Thursday 15th Sept.I entered the store via the commercial entrance at 9.00 and asked the cashier if the Woodcutting service was available. After a call to the service dept . I was told Yes, but the employee Alain" is on his break and will be back in 15 Min. After 25 min later i addressed the VIP employ of the service counter about the whereabouts of "Alain"

Terrible customer service and zero professionalism! Ordered a special order door that as supposed to be delivered in 4 weeks. After trying to reach them forever with no one answering they finally answered at week 5 stating that the door was LOST and will place a new order that will take another 4 weeks. We are already at week 5 of the second order replacement " and again no one answers or replies regarding the whereabouts of the purchased door! UPDATE after 8 weeks! The store called advising me that the door was received so I went to pick it up and to my surprise it was a totally different door from the one ordered!"

Before ordering anything online at Reno Depot just know that it's not true they will call you in 24h from your online pushes to give you a delivery time, they will call you in 24h to give you the delivery day" you must stay home from 8am to 8pm and they wont call you when their close to your area just something to keep in mind."

I love this store every time i go there i get what i needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the rental tools department is very useful.
