Great quality, great prices and friendly workers and owner. We personally selected Danny and his team for our kitchen remodel, and our contractor was happy to sub him out. Our countertops were amazing and came in super quick. We had a minor gap in the price behind our sink but sent them a picture and they were our the next day. It looks perfect now and we're beyond thrilled with our kitchen!

LOOK ELSEWHERE for a fabricator. Fabricated top for my bathroom with small sink when was told by Sarah definitely requires a large, paperwork/invoice also states job includes large sink. Fabrication not completed until day of install, per Sarah, when she called me to confirm install time. Told her on day of install the sink is entirely to small. Based on sink sizes given to me by Sarah, it was clear small sink was in fact installed. Looks very odd; sink clearly to small for size top. Have granite in other bathrooms in home with smaller size tops accommodating large sinks just fine. I didn’t stand over installers shoulder during install, therefore faucet holes were cut. Sarah stated she wasn’t sure she could do anything to correct the error as she wasn’t sure she had a remnant available to redo top. Odd when I purchased an entire slab and the entire job consisted of a total of less than 18 feet, 2 tops standard cabinet depth. Regal finished fabricating my tops the same day as install. Where did the rest of that slab go???? She clearly stated to me she discussed this with the owner. I requested a new top be fabricated to accommodate the larger sink. I’ve never heard from Regal since that request. We have called several times, my husband and myself. I explained the situation to another Regal employee and was told I’d get a call back. I did not. After a week of no return call, we left multiple messages for Daniel, the owner. No calls returned. It’s almost been 30 days since install. Very poor customer service. “Sorry bout your luck” business attitude. Somebody messed up and the owner isn’t at all concerned about customer satisfaction or quality work. They actually do not take these issues very seriously, they just like to respond to poor reviews as though they do.

We have had a terrible experience. Our project with them started in August of 2016. After practically having to beg for an install date my counters were installed two days before Thanksgiving. My kitchen, bathroom, and dining room had all been remodeled at the same time so I went about six weeks without any functioning sinks. When they came to do the install, mind you after two different template measurements, not only did the counter top not fit correctly but they also broke it. When I arrived home they had actually cut into my brand new walls and had damaged some of my new counters. We are STILL WAITING for them to come and address these issues or refund our money. It is unbelievable how terrible the customer service is. My counters are not even caulked in yet and where the seams don't match is just awful to keep looking at. We were referred here somehow and I wish we would have done some homework on them before doing business with them. Oh and they also got glue all over my brand new jetted tub that I can't get off from when they installed the bathroom counter top which is across from the counter, not even next to.

We recently moved to the Chesterfield area and I located Regal Surface on Market Place. Sara was a great help and so nice to work with. Daniel came out to measured, I had told them I have a champagne taste but a beer budget. He stated he could work with me and it may note be top shelf champagne but will still be a nice champagne" Went to the shop and Sara was so helpful and got me just what I wanted and I LOVE IT. I went from a dark gray counter top to a white with a touch of color in it. Installation crew was was great and very helpful made sure our new bar counter fit well and secured it even better to make sure our design would not tip. Their cleanup was great too!"

Regal cabinet replaced our corian to Granite. That was the best move that we have done to our kitchen. I love the new look it gave to our kitchen. It is great that I can take things out of the oven and just set it up on the counter. The workers were very professional and the owner himself came and measured the countertops.

Pleasant people to work with. Reasonable pricing. accommodated my schedule as I have to leave for a week between installs.

What started out nicely, quickly turned into a nightmare. Misfitting pieces, a terrible caulk job, and grease stains that were hard to clean were just the start. But once they were informed of these, the delay began; after nearly 10 weeks of NO water hook-up, no sink, and no dishwasher, we are STILL waiting for them to come out and correct the mistakes. The owner, Dan, although seemingly a nice person, is not very responsive and prefers to avoid problems rather than confront them. We received what I now call as the Regal Delay and Denial" service."

Countertop installation was quick and beautiful! Workers were professional, and they communicated with us every step of the way. I would recommend going directly through the company, rather than through Home Depot. Highly recommend this company.

Regal provided our kitchen, 3 baths and laundry room with granite counter tops when building our house. They were great to work with. The quality of work is outstanding with great prices. Years later we wanted a change. We called up Danny and he helped us reselect a color to compliment our existing granite. We are very pleased with the color, quality, customer service and how it changed the look of our kitchen. The owner Danny is honest, fair and stands behind this work.
