April 25th; Appointment was at 9am, doors didn’t open until 9:10am and then massage therapist didn’t show up to work. Much better places in the neighbourhood that value customers time, if I canceled on them I would owe for the cost of the massage!

Excellent service, very friendly staff! I came in for a facial and could tell the esthetician was experienced and knew how to handle my skin's needs without much guidance. She spent the extra time to provide some add-on services to address some skin concerns. Highly recommend! Looking forward to having a massage there as well.

I had a great Massage with Danielle. She was very personable, professional and skilled. She asked me questions to get to know more why I was getting a massage. She targeted areas that I would have under estimated. Felt very relaxed coming out of my massage. If you have benefit plan, consider getting the monthly lifestyle. It a really good deal to maximize your benefit plan. Evelyn at the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a lovely experience at Hand & Stone Massage during the facials I had booked for my Mom and I today. Eman and Shanika did a great job and I will return soon. The only disappointment was the receptionist, who wasn’t welcoming at all and was borderline rude and unfriendly.

Pretty descent place, introductory massage are well priced, good Swedish massage. Receptionists were too talkative and noisy, less attentive towards the customers, place is pretty clean. Can be tried.

Worst customer service ever. Not customer service communication skill with attitude. After I cancel my appointment and 1 hr drive to the location , he told me my appointment was canceled ( at the location).

A Christmas present from my husband, a facial at Hand and Stone. Edman was my esthetician, a lovely, sweet woman who took the time to discuss my skin type, ask me questions about my skin challenges and discuss the treatment she recommended. Edman is very professional and has an excellent background in her field of work. She kindly accommodated my request for a hand massage and some waxing. I was delighted with my visit and have made another appointment to see Edman
