This place is next to Corte vertu metro station. The environment was good. Billing was the issue here.

I am a vegetarian. I tried their Beyond Meat burger. I had ordered via Door Dash.The burgers were good.However what I liked the most was they followed my instructions perfectly. I had asked them not to put lettuce, or mustard, or ketchup, or mayonnaise in the burger. And they did exactly as requested! Highly impressed.†*******************************Reducing the rating to 2 star because multiple times they have accepted my order from Door Dash but not delivered me Diet Coke. This has happened twice in last 3 months. Happened again today.Meatless burger is still good. But looks like staff is careless about packing the right stuff in the order.

Just ordered a combo with onion rings and was given with burnt rings.. i asked the attendant if he can change it and answered that he can't do anything even they will cook again it will be the same. I said that's weird. They cooked the 2nd one and still the same. Omg. I used to work at A&w and we never served burnt rings. Will never come back here!!!!

Unfriendly service. Seem annoyed people are in the restaurant. I went in with intentions of ordering takeout. Asked to use the bathroom and was looked at with silence. I thought maybe it was a language barrier and tried « toilet » with the best French accent I could, still blank stare. Finally the woman says “you have to buy something” I said “I plan to.” They insisted I order first and pay. I did and they finally unlocked the bathroom. I understand many non paying customers dirty bathrooms, but some kindness goes a long way. I’m a tourist passing through and this is the first hostile encounter I’ve had in the city.Explain it nicely to customers in the future. Yes there is a sign on the bathroom door in French that says you must have a receipt from the past 20 minutes to use it, but I never noticed the sign. I was standing there ready to order and facing the workers.Food: Mama burger has no flavor. Root beer tastes flat compared to other A&W locations.Two stars because at least the restaurant is clean.

Very good. Everything was freshly prepared, hot and up to the standards. Onion rings were the best, crisp and hot, very flavorful. Food was brought to the table by the manager. Manager came twice to check up on us and checked other tables as well. Excellent service. Best A&W so far. Very good job!

I had very bad customer service and its not the first time at this same store with these 2 new women, they need to be trained on how to have decency. I come in and she doesn’t say hi, just want do you want ( in french) and i ask for orange juice she said they don’t have anymore in a very rude tone plus she serves me burnt toast with a blob of butter that is not even spread on the bread, this ruined my day honestly. And their way of dressing is very unprofessional for A&W how do you work with a wool hat on the head, they were both looking and speaking very unprofessionally. Don’t think I’ll be going back there twice is enough already i come to eat in peace.
