My gaming desktop PC started to have some problems with lag and freezing up, not to mention the dreaded Blue Screen of Death. I called these guys and David provided me with some suggestions which fixed one of the problems I was having. The other suggestions were too complex for me to figure out so I took the system to have it fixed professionally. By the end of the day, David called to say that he'd fixed all my unresolved issues. The owner even gave me some additional tips on keeping my system clean and installed several dust filters. Awesome response time and service! I highly recommend IntegrityTeks to anyone having computer problems. I am ever grateful for their hard work that ended up saving me big bucks in the long-run. Wish I could give them 10 stars out of 5 :)

One of my laptop keys fell out of nowhere and it would not go back in. It was tricky for me to find someone that does hardware services in the area. I have decided to give Intergrity Teks Inc. a try. David was able to identify the problem and helped me fix it quickly. He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and a caring person that gets the job done. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs hardware or technical services.

He helped me initially in making recommendations for purchasing a new laptop, (no charge), set it up and transferred my data in a very timely fashion, and was always very professional and helpful. As a pro gamer, and one who has a very complex setup, my laptop essentially died on me, well at least the main hard drive did, which in turn created chaos on my system (I have multiple hard drives). David was not only able to identify problems known and unknown, and walk me through what was happening, but he repaired, restored and has my setup running like day 1 out of the box. I can't remember the last time it worked so smoothly. Also he is ultra responsive and can explain things in the simplest of terms (without making you feel uneducated to the process). No question is too petty, and he will answer each and every one so you can not only understand what's happening in the moment, but how to better protect yourself from the problems arising again. I spent a week frustrated as I tried to determine a printer head solution for my HP Officejet Pro 8610. Phone calls to HP Customer Service and online support groups indicated I should dispose of my printer and purchase a new one.David had the printer repaired within 1 hour of me dropping it off. He provided me with a complete explanation of the problem, including pictures outlining the issue. His fee was very reasonable and he followed up a few days later to ensure the printer was working properly.David at Integrity Teks Inc. will be my 'go to' technical support person for anything in the future.

I faced a work emergency in September 2022: I thought a cable connecting my external hard drive to my laptop was the issue, but wasn't sure. So I contacted David at IntegrityTeks -- this was Sunday a.m. He immediately suggested I go to Best Buy. I did -- they didn't have the cable. He phoned me again: suggested I go to Apple Store in Burlington, which I did. They discovered it wasn't the cable, but the external drive itself was faulty. Big trouble they couldn't handle. David then suggested I drop it off to him. I had a deadline pressing down on me. I needed to work from files in the faulty drive. As I waited, David indicated he could retrieve some for me and get me access, while he worked on the entire external drive. He suggested how I could do so, given my work laptop had been compromised earlier. Long story short: David sprang into action when I desperately needed help. I met my unmovable deadline and he recovered all my files -- this on a Sunday, and edging into Monday. His calm, clear, helpful manner were exemplary. I cannot say enough good about David and IntegrityTeks. A consummate professional. It was a pleasure to work with someone under such confounding, stressful conditions and to come out the other side of it all with his expert help. I recommend IntegrityTeks to anyone with any data retrieval needs, big or small, urgent or routine -- and do unreservedly. It is impossible to imagine their service being any better than it already is.

Great service, and repair. Quick response, quick fix. Very helpful, and mindful. Fixed my PC that was broken due to RAM malfunction in no time! Also gave amazing PC advice.
