What horrible disorganized doctors office ever. Not 1 appointment worked out and receptionists are rude and not helpful at all. The receptionist should change her job as she is obviously not doing this one well at all.

Dr Rose did my left hip Aug 9/22. Best b'dy present ever. He did an awesome job. I'm now looking forward to him doing my knees.

I had hip surgery done 10 yrs ago and today Feb 22, 2021 was my 10 yr check up. Dr. Rose called my Feb 1 and wanted me to have an x ray done, which I did comply. A few days after I call the office to make my 10 yr checkup . Toady Feb 22 , my appointment for 3:15 pm , I drive over from Mission to find that Dr Rose is no longer at that building. There was nothing written on the office door as to say that they have moved. When I spoke to Angela ( the receptionist to make the appt. ) she didn't say they had moved. I dropped into an office a couple doors down and the clerk, said I was not the only one this has happened to. I wrote a note on a piece of paper and shoved it under Unit 307 ( which was Dr. Rose's place of business. ) I am thoroughly mad and you have wasted my time.

This doctor botched my surgery so badly my left leg has been unusable. Can’t believe he’s still licensed to practice.

I went to get my nine week old broken leg checked out and he was great at the begging. He asked the right questions and he immediately took off my old cast and made sure that I had no pain in my healed leg. I will definitely recommend him to anyone.

This was an extremely disappointing experience, after waiting 3 months for a phone call from this specialist after a doctor referral, he put us on hold for about 15 minutes during our call, his main recommendation to my mothers severe knee pain was to take more “ pills “ ie Tylenol from her current 1 pill to 4 a day to mediate her pain!And when told we are looking for options to fix her knee rather than taking more pills he became more immediately more hostile mentioning there’s basically nothing we can do aside from knee surgery which should be a last option (she is around 60) and was not even assessed in person. When mentioning other hands on methods that are common in the medical practice he was very closed minded.I cannot doubt that he is doing this to multiple other people who would take his word for it and up their pill dosage. This is reckless and shameful, and I believe doctors like this are why the healthcare in BC is disgraceful and our aging communities are finding themselves with more and more health issues.

Best orthopedic surgeon you could hope for. Fast recovery from knee replacement. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend Dr. Rose.

Rudest Doctor I have ever seen . Did NOTHING for me at all . Was told all the pain I was having on my knee, was all in my head . Got mad if I asked any questions . Can.t believe he's still in practice !!
