Bad customer service, and very arrogant manager. They placed item with wrong price, and without me asking for any price match, Manager jumped in and started saying that she can't do anything and was super arrogant

还可以吧，可能本人的要求比较高 在我感觉有的员工缺乏专业知识或者训练做事情并不熟练有时候让客人不知所措这只是本人的经历 其它的都不错这也不代表所有的店面,有一次我准备复印一张东西要反正面一次在同一张纸 结果问了几个员工都不知道怎么印 最后他们帮我特别Order要第二天拿,结果我第二天去拿回家一看用的纸张特别厚让我还是不满意 真是让我苦笑不得

Would leave zero stars if possible. Terribly rude and unhelpful staff. I had issues with some packages due to ‘un-scannable labels’, which were held for two days and then picked up on the third day with no change to the labels. I was accused, scolded, and yelled at instead of assisted by the woman who was working yesterday morning.

Very rude staff Isabella. Seems like she hates people and hates her job. Pretends to be busy while ignoring customers. Whatever happened to customer service these days. Terrible, terrible service
