I found Madeleine on instagram way before I got engaged. When I was engaged, I immediately sent her a DM and we met up for drinks shortly after.From first meeting Madeleine, I instantly felt how invested she was in understanding who my husband and I are and how to bring our wedding vision to life. She is so easy to trust. She is a true professional in every sense of the word. She had an answer to every anxious question I had and knew everything we needed before we even asked. She delivered on every single promise she made and exceeded all out expectations. The vendors she recommended were flawless and equally professional! On our actual wedding day, Madeleine and her assistant, Taylor, made sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone was relaxed and happy. Many of my guests told me after how impressed they were with Madeleine and Taylor. I know I was blown away!In terms of her design ability, we gave her an unconventional venue (an aviation museum in Calgary) and she was able to transform the venue into the most dreamy, romantic space possible. It was more beautiful than we could ever imagine - even better than the Pinterest posts we sent! I was in awe with the lengths she took to work within our design budget and stretch it to its absolute max. She tirelessly made sure we got the best deal on our flowers and rentals. On the day, I didn't know exactly how it would look, but when I saw our ceremony space and the reception space later... it honestly felt like she reached into my brain. I was in awe - I felt myself and my husband reflected perfectly.In short, I am SO grateful for Madeleine. Everyone around me was always so surprised that I wasn't stressed about wedding planning. The whole time I reminded them that I had the best person on my team. My family and I were able to simply enjoy wedding planning, without worrying about anything. The value of those fun memories without any stress is obviously priceless and I can never thank her enough.Thanks again, Madeleine! We are forever grateful for you <3

We hired Madeleine to do the full planning package for our wedding in November 2021 and we had a great experience. Madeleine was very friendly and easy to talk to. Her experience and knowledge of the wedding industry was invaluable and she gave great advice throughout the planning process. While planning a wedding during the pandemic, there were multiple changing variables to manage and she did a great job in helping us navigate them. Her team worked very hard on making sure the theme matched what we had envisioned and the wedding day went perfectly. We were both brought many tears of joy throughout the day. The peace of mind of having a wedding planner is well worth it and we would highly recommend Madeleine and her team!

Madeleine is SO talented at what she does and has an amazing eye for detail. Madi came in and saved the day when COVID hit and changed all of our wedding plans. She made the process of finding a new venue and all new vendors absolutely seamless and stress free. All the details were taken care of, we were able to enjoy our day and not stress about anything. She kept us up to date on the ever changing protocols and safety measures that were in place. Our day was amazing and ran so smoothly, I couldn't have imagined it any other way. Madeleine was everything we needed and wanted plus more! If you are having a hard time deciding if you need a wedding planner (which we found out is lifesaving) or who to choose- I highly recommended Madeleine. She was there with us every step of the way. Madeleine is absolutely wonderful and we are incredibly grateful to have had her as our planner. We are from DC and decided to get married in beautiful Banff. Madeleine selected the most amazing vendors and made sure that absolutely everything about our day was seamless. With a few Inspo photos, Madeleine was able to create the exact day we hoped for. Every detail was perfect.

Our wedding had to be downsized due to Covid, but even with a lot of constraints and changing restrictions, we ended up having an absolutely amazing day. We planned our wedding in a bit of a crunch and as a result Maddie took control of all the little details and decisions and we couldn't have been happier. Madeleine and her team are absolutely amazing!We had gone back and forth about hiring a planner as many previous couples had told us they wished they had hired a planner or at least a day of coordinator. Eventually Noel be came overwhelmed with all the questions and choices I gave him that he gave me the go ahead to hire one. After looking up a few planners, we found Madeleine to be our best match and are so glad we found her.We hired Madeleine for design and coordination. With only a few meetings and a inspiration posts, she absolutely captured our wishes and made our dream wedding a reality. Her design was beautifully extravagant and tasteful and we received many compliments.Planning a wedding during a pandemic was very stressful, and Madeleine somehow took on a role as a planner and therapist during a couple panic sessions....On the wedding day itself, everything ran smoothly. She made sure to keep our program on track (even politely ensuring rowdy wedding party members were where they needed to be).Noel and I were able to completely enjoy our day and are so happy that she was there for us. Bonus points: for rescuing the groom for possible hypothermia and my choos from being completely destroyed by the unexpected snow...
