We had Chef Ralph and his wonderful team cater our wedding this May and from the words of our guests “wow, that was some great food”. From the unique combinations of flavours to the quality of each dish, we were blown away. Ralph was a pleasure to work with, we couldn’t recommend him and his team enough. Chef Ralph delivered an outstanding meal to celebrate a milestone birthday. He was super busy and his van broke down but he got us our meal on time and hot. The short ribs were delicious and the jerk chicken had the right amount of spice. The side dishes were also quite fabulous. All delivered with a smile.Thank you Chef Ralph!

We hired chef Ralph a few weeks ago for a very special 60th birthday and I wanted to share my experience because it truly exceeded expectations.Chef Ralph was extremely pleasant, professional and made you feel like you were dinning at a 5* restaurant.Each course that we ordered was better than the one before and all of them had a creative and lovely presentation to each dish. No two dishes were the same. We had salmon, short rib and steak and lobster for the mains. The short ribs were fall of the bone tender, the salmon was filled with so many great flavours and the steak and lobster were cooked perfectly.We hired chef Ralph to come to a bed and breakfast that we were staying at / renting for the weekend and he was required to use their commercial kitchen to cook the dishes. When he left, the owners of the bed and breakfast told us that he left the kitchen spotless after the service.He made us feel special during the dinner, he checked in to make sure we were enjoying each meal and made sure we had everything we needed throughout.I would absolutely hire chef ralph again and have actually already referred him to a few others that I think would LOVE to work with him in the future.

Amazing food, everything was delicious and beautifully displayed. The compliments from our guests were plentiful. We will definitely be using Chef Ralph for any events we have.

Ralph was professional, easy going, and made incredible food for our group of 8. He accommodated dietary restrictions, provided lots of options for the menu and left the kitchen cleaner than how he found it. 10/10 would recommend.

We had the pleasure of having Creative Culinary Delights cater platters for my husband's 70th Birthday party. Everything was exceptional! Guests enjoyed everything but especially the jerk chicken wraps and the beet mousse! It was lovely to work with Chef Ralph as he was able to accommodate both food allergies and gluten free options. Chef Ralph catered my big 70th birthday and WOW! in the words of myself and guests. Very generous portions, super tasty, and service. All were creatively made (nice twist on a dip and 2 salads) and presented very professionally. I'll be contracting Chef Ralph again for future events. Thank you Chef!
