Be careful when you are trying to buy a car from this dealership. They might coerce you into buying add-ons that are supposed to be optional, and they avoid showing the final price until the last moment when you are about to sign. I would give 1 star to the salesperson I won’t name here, but 4 stars to the manager, Derek, who helped cancel the sale because of the salesperson’s unethical sales tactics.

I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from this dealership to be imported to USA. Went there to see the car in person, placed a down to hold, then most of our transactions are via emails/calls. Thanks to Nathan we received the vehicle at last and we couldn't be more happier with it!

There was a recall on my car and when I took it in there was no wait time to check in. They told me approximately 1 hour and it was done in half an hour. They washed the exterior before giving back my keys.They called me the following day to ensure all was good. And since nobody had driven into my rear end I said I'm assuming that it's working properly.

I had the worst experience with my pathfinder at Nissan St. Catharines. I took my vehicle for a transmission oil leak to be checked, shocked when informed that the cost is about $9000 to replace transmission and radiator. I was devastated with the cost and decided to take the car to scrap not until a friend suggested to take it to Mr transmission for second opinion. At Mr. Transmission they refilled the transmission oil and asked me to monitor for any further leak.It’s 6 months later now with no leaks, running great with couple hundred dollars cost.Extremely disappointed with your service and not honest advice/quote

Derek made buying a car from St. Catherine's Nissan an absolute pleasure. It was super quick and easy. When what I was looking for was no longer available derek quickly helped me find better options. I would gladly buy a car again from here again in the future. Derek also went out of his way to accommodate my lack of transportation and let me do alot remotely. I appreciate all the assistance throughout the whole process. 10/10 Customer Service.

Horrible customer service. I drove in with my previous Nissan vehicle that I have been driving for 7 years, I wanted to test drive the new Nissan frontier. The sales agent was rude and refused my request as he thought it was out of my budget, ended up buying a 2023 Ford Ranger same price range and better vehicle IMO.

I had my vehicle in for a fairly major repair last week and I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated by all staff. In particular both the service and parts managers spoke to me about what was required then ensured I was totally satisfied. This dealership truly understands the meaning of customer first.Service was exceptional and my vehicle was returned in a spotless condition.Thank you Frank & Steve.

We recently purchased a Nissan Leaf EV from Nathan at St. Catharines Nissan. Being it was our first EV, it was a very new experience to drive an EV. Both Frank, the service manager, and the EV certified mechanic helped address both our questions and concerns. In addition to this, Kalei in financial services was very pleasant and patient in assisting us in reviewing the protection options available to us with this purchase.
