I have had nothing but problems with the renovations of his company. They did a full home Reno and it appears that they cut corners everywhere or were extremely inexperienced at overseeing the quality of work done by the trades that were brought in. I don’t know how much work they have done, maybe they are just starting out as a company.The real tragedy is that with this home The homeowner had recently passed away and the surviving spouse wanted the work finished in his honour. The poor soul is likely turning in his grave at the debacle left behind.When issues where pointed out to the contractor, they refused to accept accountability and claimed because the house was sold it’s not their problem. This was a month after the work was done. Wires were cut so the furnace wouldn’t work, pot lights left hanging from the roof, leaking roof/windows (even though they were both brand new...) didn’t pull any permits for a deck and then used a loophole to avoid having to get the appropriate permits. There was paint overspray everywhere from doing the ceilings, glossy and flat paint used on the same baseboards and frames, the toe kick in the kitchen was nailed to nothing but hopes and dreams, no water protection on the deck flashing...the list goes on. Save your money and future headaches and hire anyone else, a bunch of toddlers with a toysrus tool set would probably do better work! I am happy to provide a litany of pictures as proof for anyone wants to see exactly what 1 star quality looks like.

We were left with a mess of a shower by another contractor, so we called Corey and his crew in to help us out. They were a godsend to us as they exposed poor workmanship and shortcuts hiding behind the walls. We appreciate that Corey took the time to explain what had been done and what needed to be done to rectify the shoddy work. In a timely manner we had a new and beautiful shower.Beware of rogue contractors and hire someone who knows what they're doing. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.We would definitely hire Bighorn Construction again.
