His original inspection was thorough, prompt and professional. His crew came by 2 weeks later and did both houses in one day. Great Service! We had some wind damage to our soffits and I contacted Kevin to book in. The entire process was awesome - great communication. James came to do the repairs and he did an awesome job. He arrived exactly when he said he would and his workmanship is excellent. I would highly recommend Donelle!

We dealt with Kevin to get a quote. To some extent, we went with Donelle, since they had experience with skylights, and that was one our issues, as well as replacing the shingles on our house.We found him very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what they would do and why they do what they do. Once authorized, we were able to get the job scheduled, and completed in the two days he had indicated.They also made sure that all the plastic from the shingle packages, and old shingles and nails, were all cleaned, which we appreciated.He also suggested adding some eaves trough extensions to the upper level of our 4 level split home to minimize any damage to the shingles from rain on the upper level roof. We did take his advice.He had to reorder one skylight unfortunately, but kept in touch re the progress of the order.He emailed photos of the work pre and post, which made it easy to appreciate the extent of roof damage that had to be replaced.We were very pleased with the work they did and would recommend Donelle to others.C and D Walter.

Impressed with total experience. Arnie (sales) responded quickly to my call, went up on roof with him. He explained the installation of the skylight and cleared up all my questions and concerns. Kevin's installation was completed on schedule and I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Would highly recommend for any of your roofing needs.

We did not know of a roofing company that would fix a leak on a condo roof. I sent requests to 3 local roofing companies I found on the internet and Donelle Premium Roofing answered my request for help quickly. The other 2 companies did not respond at all.Kevin came out to our building quicker than I expected, went onto the roof, diagnosed the problem and actually repaired the leak at the same time.His invoice for the repair was reasonable. He also checked the rest of the roof, took a lot of pictures and showed us problems that may cause future leaks. We also asked him to check the eavestroughs because we thought they were plugged with leaves. He did and told us they were clean and showed us pictures. He gave us a quote to fix the problem areas on the roof that was not astronomical.I would use this company for roofing problems without a worry. I'm glad I found their website.

Hired Kevin to repair my leaking skylight.He explained to me exactly what he figured the issue was and exactly what he planned to do about it when quoting me, he was completely transparent about the situation.Like most busy contractors right now, he took awhile to get to me (which was fine as this was not an emergency repair) but was in touch periodically to let me know I had not been forgotten. Be patient if yours is not a 911 repair.I am very happy with the repair and Kevin took detailed photos and video to show where the issue was and what he did to repair it. There is nothing more I could possibly think of he could have included, and frankly I think he went above and beyond what most contractors would do for you. He also included a reasonable time frame on warranty.Kevin was friendly, communicated well, and was a pleasure to deal with in general. I would not hesitate to call him again and would recommend him to anybody.
