We had TERRIBLE experience with this company from beginning to end.First, they sold us a lot that wasn't actually available in order to get the sale. Then the Covid-19 pandemic hit and our family experienced a huge amount of tragic loss as a result: A very sick family member, loss of employment and finally the breakdown of marriage. When we tried to talk to someone about this unprecedented situation and find out how the company was responding to it for their customers, we were BLOCKED from speaking to anyone! When we called the developer (WP Development), no one answered and no one ever replied to our voice messages. When we emailed, days later we got a response sending us back to the realtor who clearly does not have our best interest in mind...and no signature or name of person on the email... what is this company? Super sketchy and lacking transparency. Finally, since we had no choice, we sent a letter to the developers via the realtor explaining our situation and instead of a response from them, we received a letter from their lawyer threatening legal action and to go after us for more money. Finally, when we were given the contact of someone at WP Developments (the sales director, Kylie Zhang which we had to track down over social media) she accused us of sending threatening emails to them (this never happened, I asked her to send these to me as proof and she never did) and when she was asked to provide the name of someone else in her company (who was not a sales rep) she REFUSED to provide it. If there is a second wave of Covid, I would be VERY concerned about getting involved with these people. Protect your family and your interests and buy from a builder / developer who has actual customer service and has actual transparent business practices.
