I hardly order fast food because you never know what happens behind the scenes and how sanitary a place is. Got hungry and thought I'd grab something quick to eat only because I didn't have snacks left in the car, and it's quite a drive home. I didn't want to get too light-headed.Ordered my junior chicken at the drive thru and, to my horror, found a strand of hair on top of the bun.Let's say I lost my appetite.

Disgusting attitude and incompetent employees. I respect ppl who work in food industry but these people are so beyond disgusting for saying things to people when they got the order wrong. Never get one order right. No hair net, no name tag, touching my food with bear hands. I spent money ordering breakfast at many occasions only to realise its always wrong and never got what i paid for.

Ordered through the app for curb side waited 20 minutes had to go in and drab my order that they had sitting for 20 minutes and didn’t even bother to give fresh cups of coffee just gave me what was sitting for 20 minutes so not impressed do better McDonald’s

Ordered an egg blt but got a chicken blt. My ice coffee asked for no liquid sugar, and the tag said extra. The whole order was wrong.

Dined in and food was okay. Hard to go wrong with 2 Happy Meals but the cleanliness of the whole place left much to be desired. There were no napkins available in all the containers. The restaurant floor was littered with food remnants that had been there for ages. I don't think the floor had seen soap and water in months ! The women's washroom was filthy!!I think they need to employ some cleaning staff!

My girlfriend and I went here today and ordered a DBL QTR Pounder and a DBL Cheeseburger. The DBL QTR pounder only had 1 beef pattie and so did the Dbl Cheeseburger but here's the thing. The double Cheeseburger had 2nd QTR Pounder pattie! How the hell??

Ordered 3 ice cream cones. They waited till after we had paid to tell us the ice cream was not solid and tried to hand us ice cream in a cup with a cone stacked on top. We asked for sundaes instead. We received our sundaes but they were very runny and almost like foam. I would have preferred they were just honest about the ice cream and told us that it was not working properly.

The restaurant and washrooms are absolutely gross inside. Even my kids noticed. There's food all over the floor, old dried ketchup/sauce on the stools and chairs. The floor looks like it hasn't been washed in months. Caked on food and dirt and dust everywhere. There is no need for a restaurant to be so dirty.

Twice now, I've spent time cleaning their beverage counter after asking multiple times. They empty the garbage and leave the counter a mess. You cant lean over to grab a lid for your cup without getting ketchup, pop-spill, or some other mess. So, I clean it myself EVERYTIME. I use napkins and ice from the pop machine (as they wont give me a cleaning bottle) and I make it work.Very frustrating. I get people are pigs, but just zip out there once an hour and you'll be done in 5 mins or less.

Good food, prices nuts but that's the way right now sadly, fast drive thru and friendly staff. They do push automatic order machines when you go in. Lots of seating
