I bought brand new Anderson hybrid x bale wrapper back in March 2022. They ensured me the wrapper was gonna be field ready and I could just start bale wrapping. So I was getting ready to wrap first 300 bales. Thing did go good till I wanted to use the bale row gps. Gps system wasn’t setup, wasn’t even hooked and bolted on the machine and every 20-30 bales the machine wouldn’t wrap a bale.I’m very disappointed with the service I received more disappointed that I had to PDI the machine myself to make it useableI am concerned what they call field readyI wouldn't recommend them to anybody

Bought a L2501 loader backhoe (2019) the machine is great. I was not told when the backhoe is off I should have a counter weight almost rolled it over going down a hill. I was told by the salesman I was getting a top link for the rear and a draw bar, still waiting for them. I feel like once they have your money they forget who you are. Never had a follow-up call to see how it was performing. When you spend that much money you would expect a little service in return. I am looking to buy a mini excavator and I have been hearing the best place to buy a Kubota is Kubota North, I think I will try there in the future.

It's hard to tell whether the new ownership doesn't want small machine service business anymore or if they're testing the limits of pricing in this market. Either way, annual maintenance - essentially oil and filters - on my Kubota B1700 has considerably more than doubled in cost since it was last performed. In the past, I had this work done by pros mainly to support a local business. But if this tractor is now going to be the most expensive-to-maintain vehicle we own, it's time to start doing the work myself.

Had a hydraulic leak on a brand new tractor. Called for service and was told they could get to it in about 6 weeks. Had another dealer come and pick it up and was fixed and returned in two days. Maybe hire more employees to keep up with demand. Most people can't wait that long for a quick repair.

Stewart's came to look at my tractor that was having electrical issues. They ended up having to bring it into their shop and take everything apart. It was a really difficult problem for them to diagnose and fix but they ultimately got it up and running again and charged a reasonable price for how much work they put it into.Ill happily do business with them again in the future.
