BCLIQUOR Ocean Park

Came to ask for boxes and Nancy was very rude and snappy in her response. Understandable if you can’t give boxes as you need them for customers but to be so rude to people who are asking is very unnecessary. She should not be working in customer service if she is going to be nasty.

Staff are friendly and they have all my favorite drinks in the mini cold section.What else can I say. It's a liquor store and it's pretty cool.

Renil Morajiya - You're lying bud. This Assistant Manager, Viren, helped me with my wedding and went out of his way to call other stores to put stuff aside so we had our stuff on time. I was in there that night you and your friends were refusing to leave and the RCMP had to give you and your friends citations. You think it's fair to trash a guy that works hard because you and your pals couldn't wait to drink your Kokanee beers and sat outside in the Mercedes suv in plain site and drank them? Get a life. There were a lot of us local customers that saw how you and your friends behaved that night. Your spoiled attitudes were highly unprofessional and when I spoke to the staff the next day, I learned the RCMP banned you all. Be better. Grow up.

This Government store in Ocean Park is small but noted this store carries items not found at another location. Not sure why. Hard to find real good prices because price increases, are followed by a sale, which makes the new higher priced item, look like less. Good customer service is always more bad than good, have any ideas why ...

Nancy is very nice!No dust on bottles. (I see dust on most of BCL stores)

I am not one to usually leave reviews, but the staff were exemplary this evening. I had an issue with a bottle I had just bought not long before and the (manager/owner/imnotsure) was extremely helpful. I've always had a good experience at this BCL and for anyone in the area I'd recommend it.

If I could post half star I would...I have been going to this store since 1995....today was the absolute worst, customer experience. The cashier couldn't have been more nasty. Take away for you...if you have had a bad day at the till, talk to your manager, DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON THE CUSTOMERS and randomly decide that you are 'NEXT CASHIER CLOSED' when clearly I was in line when you were having a melt down.

This liquor store has terrible customer service. The staff doesn't like it when you bring in too many empties. It's like a chore and inconvenience for them to have to do their jobs. They ask for id if if you're in your 50's. What a terrible liquor store.

Great selection! I love to try new wines from around the world....and this store not only introduces a lot, they keep introductory prices low!
