Went in to get some ice cream, 15 mins later I can still see the group of women standing by the machine chatting not making any products. Many other people left. Customer service needs improvement.

Ordered a cake & was disappointed that I didn't get what I requested. Birthday boy wanted an ice cream cake so I just grabbed what was in the freezer. Person at the til couldn't figure out how to ring it in.

Not impressed missed whole order my uncle went hungry last night we live out town would gave myn but it was spicy bananas on our splits were rotten brown not fresh what so ever spent 85 top dollars for horrible a experience was not worth the money

Used to be a Manager at this store under old owners but left before it was sold.Came back near 2 years later under new owners.- Poor food safe- Employee moral was all time low- New manager/owner clearly has no faith in anyone and gets in way helping"- Ignored all guides we left and would order so much extra stock

The burgers have gone downhill and overall as a whole this outlet in Terrace doesn't function well.It's like a roulette, you do not know if your order will be hot or room temperature.

Why do I even bother coming here? Wait times for the drive through exceed 20 minutes. Twice now I have spent over 30$, and twice now they have shorted me a $15 burger. Try to make a complaint and you are waiting in line for another 20 minutes - disgusting. I will not be coming her again.

Tasty food, decent service. Building is a bit dated and the drive-thru is awkward as hell. But let's be real we are going for a burger and some cool treats not the ambiance.

Cons:1. The guy behind the counter calls us up to order and then proceeds to tell another worker to his right what they have to do, completely ignoring us.2. We could see our order sitting under the heat lamps and waited a moment to see if they'd call us. My friend ended up getting our food after bringing it to the same guys attention by asking if that was our food.3. I paid an extra dollar because I wanted a side salad instead of fries. The salad consisted of lettuce and chopped up tomatoes. That's it. Definitely not what I would consider a side salad.Pros:1. The crispy chicken burger was done well and tasted good.2. The washroom was clean.3. The stairs and walkways were relatively clear of snow / ice
