Your experience here comes down completely to which rep you get to deal with. Some of them are horrendous, some are excellent - it's about 50/50 when it comes to getting any sort of support whatsoever from people who were pretty willing to help when they were making a sale. Seems to be a trend with Andre's outlets and this one isn't any worse or better than the others.

I went into the store to find out my options on contract that was up. The lady that helped me was excellent! She told me my options and helped me with getting my new phone. Went through the contract throughly. As well said if I had any questions about anything to come back.
