Terrible service from day one. After weeks of ignoring work orders from the Internet company and phone calls they finally show up only to not do their job. After barely being in the door 5 minutes the left after failing to perform the tests they were supposed to do after being directed to do so by the Internet company. They even went as far as to lie to us and the Internet company. Thankfully we were able to get a competent and ethical second option but not before months of stress and headache. If you are having any Internet or satellite work done my advice would be to stay as far away from these incompetent liars as possible.

I had mike install my Internet just over a year ago and never had any issues. I tried to go through my provider to get an upgrade and he always responded quickly and never had an issue.

Ssrvice started out great yrs ago, I have even recommended MTSS to over 5 people! I feel like I owe those people an apology because they certainly wont get one from MTSS! Internet works 40% of the time, being trying to get it repaired since August. I have contacted Mike Tudor directly & recieved no reponse, contacted the 1800 & get a bunch of empty promises. I highly recommend anyone other tham MTSS.
