Had issues with our toilet called a few companies Derksen saidctget would take my name and number and try to fit me in. About 3 hours later the lady called me back and said someone would be by shortly.Matt was in and out with the job done right. I even had him check out the other toilet and ge gavevit thumbs up.He was very professional and did the job right. Very happy to have called Derksen Plumbing and if anything needs fixing I will definitely call them again. 10 out of 10 Stars on a very cold day. Zero service, zero accountability, zero concern for their work or their customers.Derksen is a company that is resting on their history boasting about the length of time they've been in business rather than concerning themselves with current customer complaints.They are order fillers and once the order has been filled you better hope it's holding together or else you'll never hear from them again if you require a situation be corrected!This joke of a company left my home in a state of disaster, did not send a supervisor or manager to view their lack of work" regardless of countless phone calls or letters. The original employee working on my property should have stayed in the prison cell he came out of - swearing while on site in front of my family!It took another much smaller plumbing company within Winnipeg to correct Derksen's many mistakes! Their customer service line is a nightmare with no regard for the paying customer.Bottom line here folks

Had a plumber come uninstall and install a new dishwasher. He came early, got a phone call to let me know he could come before my appointment. He was clean and courteous. He leveled and tested the machine before leaving. Also fixed a leak from a different hose at the same time. Highly recommend Derksen plumbing. Jamie in reception and Aaron B. made my experience with them memorable. 100% recommend. Will use again.

5+ STARS. From our first encounter with Kelly for the estimate to the completed job by Erin and Matt, there was nothing but superb service. If all companies had such employees, there would be nothing but 5 star reviews. They know their stuff, are approachable and professional. If you need work done, this is the company to call. Very disappointing experience after being referred by a trusted source. Should have got a quote up front as we were charged for excessive time and travel but because of the referral we trusted they would be competitive. Provided them with a picture and specific list of items to be replaced so there was no need to travel back to the shop. Took the plumber 30min to complete the work but we were charged for 1.5hrs of labour and a truck surcharge. Apparently living about than 1 km outside of St. Norbert warrants an hour of travel charge and truck surcharge. Very disappointing -- wont be using them again.
