Canadian Springs

A local company, but their calls are handled from the main land. Very “helpful” secondly, we’ve been calling daily from my place of employment for water replacement, as it’s been hot, muggy etc in Newfoundland. They forgot us Monday, overlooked us again today and “promised” us we’ll get our water tomorrow. Not good enough. Get better customer service and start dealing with your own calls or don’t call yourself local.

Super friendly people! We had to turn around in their parking lot and met the owner who was a real pleasure to chat with. We were just passing through and felt so lucky to have met such nice people. We raved about the place for a couple of hours after just because of our experience there. Warm atmospheres go a very long way and it is great here! They fixed us up with some pure water! These are awesome water engineers.

Good water

So far my dealings with this company haven't been to my satisfaction. My first order for water and a cooler was mishandled and the driver arrived with the wrong size bottles. Something the customer service representative should of been aware of. So I made arrangements to order a different cooler and bottle size and the next week same thing, no delivery so I call customer service who calls the local manager and am informed the cooler is delayed and the manager will call to apologize. That never happens and now the order is delayed again. Simple phone calls or updates are above these folks. Might need some retraining.

Great place to get bottled water.Friendly staff price is cheaper in store then it is to go to the supermarket or convience store.They have a self serve filling station as well which is great.Well recommended for all you water and coffee needs.

We have been very happy with the service and will remain a loyal customer!
