Have become really disappointed with this company. We hired them for the last two years for snow removal and everything wast ok, this year we decided to add lawn care and not once did they show up. We paid in full and never heard from them again. Have tried calling for months to resolve the situation and each time I am told the manager/owner are too busy to talk too. It's very disappointing because when you pay for a service you expect them to at least show up. We have now taken our contracts to another employer. Wish we could have stayed but its hard to trust a company like this.

Submitted an online request to get a quote. They send back an auto reply stating they got the request and would get back to me. 10 days later I emailed them asking if they planned to give me a quote and 5 days after that, still no response. Obviously, even if they do reply at this point, I would never use them.

Disappointing company paid for aeration and never showed up or provided a refund . Never use them again.
