Not happy. This morning coffee wasnt right. Overheard acting manager talking about my spouse saying what does he want now. He spoke to her about what she said and she tried to apologize he wasnt having it. If your going to talk about customers at the front counter use your inside voice. She needs to learn customer service. I would fire her!!

Went across town to get 2 breakfast sandwich, outrageous price, almost $20 for two! Dry, tastes bad, burnt and lack of sauce. Would not recommend

This McDonald's was really good it was very clean and the stuff were very helpful My niece, nephews and son had a lot of fun in the fun center! The food was hot and fresh! I would really recommend this place!

The consistency of the food are great and the employees stay upbeat. I'd like a warmer feel if I eat in. It seems too hectic inside.

Appalling the amount of gossip and screwing around coming from management and employees that we not speaking fluent English or French in the workplace, also making none of the employees or other customers in the dinning or waiting area super comfortable, that we’re unable to understand said language they were speaking, not very “I’m loving it” higher management should address the situation

I was in the drive-thru at about 9PM this Friday, July 7th. There was a long lineup of cars, and when I got to the window a bunch of people were just standing around chatting.There was this one car parked at the side waiting for his food for a really long time, I watched the manager slowly waddle towards his car with the food while piddling around on her phone and then slowly waddle back, still on her phone.Meanwhile, I'm still waiting, and then the employee at the window just thrusts a bag at me without even looking at me or saying anything. I said thank you, waited, no response, she was still too busy chatting away. That's just embarassing, even by fast food standards.

worker stood at till for five minutes punching numbers in without even trying to take my order finally i told her to go n get someone that actually works n knows customer service to come take my order .then it took another 15 minutes to get what i ordered n by that time i didn't trust that they didn't spit in my food or worse so chucked it

Sandra is a great staff specially serving the Playground area. Every time I took my grandson there, she was always smiling to greet us. She came to our table many times and asked “Do you need anything which I can bring over to you?” She had done very hard to make guests feel like eating at home!

Went here with my daughter. The lack of cleaning in the kids area was unreal. Syrup stuck to the table, pancakes in the floor, not to mention its almost 1pm. Every table had leftover garbage on it. People even had to sit next to others garbage just to get a seat. You guys need to step up your game a bit
