Stay away from them because they only care about money and don’t know their job well.We regret wasting our time and energy with ICP, for the following reasons:The first problem occurred when we paid the full fee in advance, therefore they had no motivation to start the process and we had to push them to begin the case because we didn’t have enough time.Secondly, one of the staff was careless in carrying out her duties by making continuos mistakes.Thirdly, they had promised that they could get my brother’s visitor visa by over 80 percent chance, but they failed.Lastley, after the rejection, my brother only recieved a short message by one of the staff, without any message from the manager who had signed the contract with him, let alone giving advise concerning what could we do to overthrow IRCC' decision, for example by taking the case to the court.
