Parker Street Rental & Storage

I have been using this location for rental from last 3 years but today this guy mike came shouting and saying nonsense took the truck every damn time i park at back nothing went wrong, but this time he came shouting and saying some thing , well i would like to know what went wrong .

This Location & The People running it, are Awesome!They make it as easy as possible to make sure your taken care of, super friendly enviroment. This is the location to choose, you wont regret it.

Colin gave us an excellent service and advices. We had to rent a truck to tow our camper (we had a problem with our car). He helped us to lose our stress! That's the kind of service we want. And they have beautiful cats in the room!

I work for a professional moving company, during our busy seasons, we typically need to rent/lease multiple trucks.In the handful of times I've used U-Haul Parker Street, this has been my experience.I was rented a truck that was missing turning signals.A truck that has the brake stuck.Multiple trucks that have had check engine lights on.Nearly died 2 times while operating their vehicles.Once the brake was stuck and wouldn't go down.The second time (the reason I've said enough is enough) was just a few days ago, I was driving on DRY CLEAN ROADS, and touching the brakes nearly fishtailed me and my crew into a semi.The first response I received from the owner of this location, was him being extremely unprofessional and telling me that he will no longer rent to the company I work for.I found this to be an extremely poor attitude coming from one of our local businesses.If you value your belongings and life, don't use this location.Just a few of the amazing features you can expect from this location:Dirty cabs in trucksCigarette butts in the box of the truckMissing turn signalsNapkins and food stuffed in ventsCracked windsheildsFaulty equipmentPoor maintenanceHighbeams that reach 4 feetTorn bars on cabsEmployees who don't careA horde of cats in the officePoor business attitudeNow if the owner would like to respond to this in a more professional manner to try and resolve any of these issues, instead of telling me he won't rent to dozens of people, because of my opinion, I would welcome that.

Friendly but I couldn't put the trailer on my own truck, lights had a defect (flickering), and when we took the trailer back we were given trouble because I took the trailer off my own truck during the rental as I had an emergency. Read previous reviews after this and deffinitly will be going to a uhaul dealer next time instead of a place that contracts them and make their own rules. Very unsatisfied upon returning the equipment. Never have I heard of a dealer putting trailer on for you and giving s**t as to removing the trailer temporarily without asking questions.I personally like to hook it up myself incase something on my vehicle gets damaged. I'd rather it be by me then someone else.Do not recommend!!

Best Place to rent a U-Haul Very helpful with any issues that you might have. My trailer lights were not working on the truck and got me up and running without needing to get under my own truck. Thank you so much
