Great service! I called in with a blown tire needing to get fixed right away, Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got me a great deal on a new set of tires, brought the tires into the store from the warehouse and installed within about 6 hours. I will be back and will be recommending this Kal tire!

Another amazing customer service experience at Kal Tire (Eagle Landing).I have been a Kal Tire customer since about 2001, when I first dropped into the Main and Terminal store, and met Kyle.From then, I would reach out to Kyle once he moved to the Langley Store.Matt took over helping me at the Langley store, and I relied on Matt, also since his move to the Eagle Landing store.Such is my faith in Matt and Kal Tire, that I drive in from Vancouver, for my general tire and wheel needs.The Eagle Landing store is very clean, including the bathrooms! It does feel to me, like a Boutique Store.I have the impression that the Store runs quietly and efficiently in the background. The customer lounge is great, with coffee and water available. There is lots of parking available.About the Service, Matt and his team always deliver as promised, and if there is any issue, I am always amazed how Matt goes to work to make sure customer satisfaction is achieved.I wish more businesses and Service Providers would adopt the Kal Tire customer service model!Thank you, Matt, and as always, thank you Kyle!

Not all Kal Tire locations are equal. Staff at this location are very knowledgeable, friendly, and above all, competent! Rob and the other staff (can’t remember her name) really came through for us on Saturday, after blowing a tire on the freeway. Thank you!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff here at the Eagle Landing location! We had a very heavy snowfall yesterday and I was concerned about the slow leak of my tire so I called in to see whether they have open spot. I told the guy on the phone about my concern and he said yes we're quite fully booked

Excellent service! While having new tires installed and a wheel alignment done, they found and corrected a poorly installed brake caliper for the price of new parts!

Usually I use this place for new tires. Have yet to let me down and they typically are finished before the allotted time they give you as to when they will be finished. To pass the time, there are fast food places and stores nearby.
