I work for an apartment building in downtown London and whenever we have an issue we call Better General. The owner is always quick to respond and always friendly and on time. Rain or shine if Roy tells you he will be there, he will be there. By far our most professional 3rd party company we use for business. I highly recommend Better General.

He returns my call/voice message almost immediately, very responsive and confirmed appointment quickly, arrived early and finished fixing within an hour. Very professional, I couldn’t be more happier with my dishwasher repair. He went on and explained in details how he fixed, how to maintain, overall he’s really passionate about this work. I saved his number and will definitely call him again if I need any appliance repair later on.

as an owner of a cab service, very busy with business, and needed a same day appliance repair for my 5 year old samsung refrigerator, call him in the morning and he provided a schedule of evening 6pm. i am surprised he was their 5:50pm. fixed the issue next day as refrigerator needs part. All in all he is best appliance guy you can call if you need quality appliance service. i will recommend him always and will use his service again if any of my appliances not work. thanks roy saved my time and money.

We were very pleased at how promptly the owner responded, and how quickly he was able to schedule the appointment. He was prompt, worked quickly but carefully, and was extremely pleasant to deal with. He also had parts on hand to fix the problem with our oven, so the job was finished very quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and highly recommend Better General Appliance Service.

top notch service, call him for washer and dryer issues, he arrived on same day and fixed it in 50 mins, washer had no serious issues, but dryer needs a replacement part, which he carry in is van. totally satisfied with service, and highly recommend him.
