We got scammed out of a second hand skates for my daughter. Go to Canadian Tire. They are recuperating the loss due to temporary closure. These cost 150$ for second hand.

AVOID at all costs. This store sells unsafe goods and denies any responsibility. After trying to resolve the issue, i was charged without my consent for a product. The service is horrible and the kids that work there have no business being in customer service. I was called names by the staff for trying to resolve an issue. The issue is local to this franchise which is independently owned and in no way reflects the brand or other locations.

Excellent service and always has what I’m looking for.The team is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help out.I went for a solution to my daughter’s broken straps on her goalie pads. Not only did they have the part to replace them, they offered to attach the straps to the pads on the spot free of charge.Every time I go, I’m impressed.

We love this store for so many reasons, secondhand kit is cheap, staff are really helpful, they'll buy back the kit when your child grows out of it. Prices are competitive for new kit too, so you can really go wrong. We'll definitely be back year after year.

Cannot say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff is here. Not only did they help me find skates, they helped me attach a cage to a helmet and did it all while being super friendly. Luka was so great. He was so helpful and really sweet with my little one.Thank you!

I picked up some downhill skis and boots here, and was very impressed.First, of course, was the excellent customer service. Staff was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable.Second, the condition of the available used gear seemed to be quite good, and the prices were MUCH less than I would have paid for new stuff.Definitely recommend this particular location! I've not been to any of the others so your mileage may vary.

For used and new sports goods, there is no better place. From hockey equipment to paddleboards, they have always been the place for my family, friends, and me. Great customer service and great prices too. Easily 5 stars.

Use to be good, service has really gone down. Workers are to busy socializing, and ignore their customers in the store. / Went back on Sunday because the person sold me a baseball glove instead of a softball glove, and service was so good. Like a complete different store. That Sunday staff deserves a raise!
