Called in with an issue on my field laptop. Customer service was excellent with an over the phone diagnostic and potential solution that worked. Very clearly answered all my additional questions even though they were short staffed and near the end of their work day. However, on providing them the opportunity to order a very simple component that needed replacement, all the wheels fell off. The part was never ordered, which I only found out by calling to see its status of eta. Rather than own this mishap, blame and excuses flew from getting the right part is tricky" to " we thought someone else ordered it." Simple enough solution would have been to admit a mistake was made and reorder with new eta. The deposit taken was 3x the price of the component

Went in with my 3yr old laptop for a general clean as it was overheating constantly with few things open and running. Eric and Thomas fixed it within minutes, looked at my specs and optimized some settings for better performance. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Very friendly and overall great experience. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

These guys here are absolutely wonderful to deal with. Incredibly helpful and very informative with detailed instructions and information about anything pc. Full of knowledge with a passion of computers and computer science which has been very helpful. I highly recommend these guys for any computing needs

Just dropped off a package for UPS, they would not give me a paper receipt, unless I paid $0.50. This is the epitome of poor service.

They will lose your package if you drop it off there, they yell at you when you question where the item is. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give them a -10 star review if I could.

Awesome customer service. I called with a request for an old PC to run XP for a game that I want to play and even though they did not have the PC I needed they went on Google and researched programs I could use on my computer that allows me to download and play the game I wanted. They even offered for me to come in with my computer and they would get it set up and downloaded for me if I had issues :) highly recommend

Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff! They will diagnose your PC at no cost and help you pick the right parts for your computer builds. They will order parts for you if they don't have it, and they are generally lower cost than Amazon. I love supporting small businesses and Uptown Computers fills a niche that I was missing since we lost Mike's Computer Store. Also, they are dog friendly!

Called them just before they closed to see if they had a graphics card in stock. They had one in their demo model that they pulled apart to sell me no issues at all! Great customer service & pricing
