Shoppers Drug Mart

Recently transferred from Shopper’s Burlington Mall pharmacy to Shopper’s Headon pharmacy for convenience. I’m disappointed with the service at this location; it doesn’t equal the professionalism and genuine caring I received at the Burlington Mall location. The pharmacy staff at this location always seem very busy, but they’re busy filling prescriptions. I feel like an interruption, not a customer.

I'm not certain what has changed in the last year, but we will be moving all of our prescriptions away from this location. Service is slow, fax machine is often broken. Recently there has been a problem with each visit. Either the script is not received" even when the physician gets confirmation

My experience at this shoppers hasn’t always been the greatest. Long wait times at the pharmacy and some pretty rude staff. However, I went earlier today and my cashier, a young girl named Adeba treated me with excellent customer service, and honestly made my day. She was extremely sweet and had a smile on her face the whole time, overall a very pleasant experience.This location needs to focus more on hiring such staff as it makes a big difference in the lives of customers, as even a small gesture can go a long way.

I eagerly awaited the seniors day bonus promotion to purchase my perfume. Not all locations have it, so I called ahead and they kindly put it on hold for me. While making the purchase, I mentioned that the packaging had changed. A few days later when I went to use the perfume, I discover that it wasn't the correct one, and went back to exchange it. This is when the problem occured. I explained to the cosmetician that I just wanted to exchange it. She brought the right perfume, and returned the wrong one, giving me cash. Then, when purchasing the new one, it came out to a higher price and I was surprised (it should have been the same). And she said it was because it wasn't seniors day. However, she did not mention that first. I also lost the bonus points which I had specifically waited for. She was not helpful, citing company policy and computer restraint. It was a simple mistake on the first sales lady’s part, but they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to fix it. At least she gave me cash (when I paid with a gift card), so now I can purchase from the Bay instead. This was not my first frustrating experience at this location, I only returned because they are the closest location with that perfume. Won't make that mistake again.

RUDE PHARMACIST!!!!-nothing against the store but the pharmacist was extremely rude. I had issues with my one eye and I wanted to ask the pharmacist if she could recommend eye drops for me. She told me to come back in 30mins because she had 2 others waiting. I told her I just needed a recommendation on something but she gave me the exact same response but used a much more angry tone. I have never received such horrible customer service from a pharmacist before. Sounded more like she just wanted me to get lost because she wasn’t the least bit friendly. Very disappointed by the service. I had to go over to a different shoppers and they were able to help me right away.

Poor service. Fax machine has problems. I had a wait a week for my precription.Only recent pharmacy employees are rude. I have been using this location over a decade and only now encountering issues.Sadly customer service has vanished.

Judy and Simona, employees at this Shoppers were excellent to assist my Renewal UK Passport! Simona was specific to take a great UK Passport photo! Judy, working in the Post Office, was very diligent to get my Passport paperwork absolutely perfect! My Passport was approved the first time -and in 5 weeks! Bravo Judy and Simona!Thank you Shoppers!

This review is about.the instore Pharmacy.The pharmacy here is absolutely ridiculous. One of their employees (who I won't name) is horrible at his job. Asking me what the doctor wrote for a prescription, asking how much I'm supposed to get, asking how many mg it's supposed to be. It's all there on the prescription my man! Read it! If it isn't contact the doctor. Don't tell me to wait 30 minutes then when I get back tell me you didn't look at it and you need to check with the pharmacist real quick". Absolutely awful. This same employee has been a problem to my wife as well when she has gone."

Absolutely HORRIBLE, been with this pharmacy for 15 years today I was questioned on a medication I take for type 2 diabetes... they questioned it. My Dr and Head office Shoppers are flabbergasted that I was treated like thisI moved all my prescriptions to a different location where I had zero issues in getting NY prescriptionsTalk about rude disgusting customer service MYA
