The worst dental experience of my life, first off they over charged my insurance company and listed work on the invoice which wasn’t even performed. Next, I had a new crown installed which took 6 months, when it finally came in and ready to install they removed my tooth to only find out the crown they had made was the wrong shade of white and looked more yellow.I had to wait another few weeks to replace the implant with the proper matching colour.Then they had the nerve to bill me $1,000.00 on top of what the insurance company had already paid out.Do yourself a favour and stay FAR away from this not so fine establishment.

I have been with Kler for about a year. The staff and dentists here have been super helpful with my implant and considerate of the expense and payment. The hygienist is friendly and the office staff are very helpful in reminding us of appointments etc. Appreciate the friendly help and expertise.

I highly recommend Kler Dental. My experience on each visit has been professional, punctual and very efficient. They are progressive in their approach and compassionate to any requests and inquiries that are brought forward. The office staff is wonderful and the hygienists are thorough in their appts. The Dentists are highly skilled and the overall experience has always been positive. I recommend Kler dental without any hesitation to anyone looking for a dentist.

This office is very Unprofessional, the manager Rianne is rude, incompetent and racist. When I asked for my records as I will be seeking a new dentist, I was told I was being destruptive and the police was called. This should have no place in our society I won't recommend you go to this clinic. It's unfortunate that there isn't zero stars because they don't even deserve 1 star

Useless receptionist doesn’t know how to use insurance? Tells us one thing and get charged a completely different amount with no explanation. If there’s a mistake you clarify that before the appointment not after.

I was travelling out of province visiting family and had a dental emergency. Rianne fit me in right away with kindness and understanding. She handled my appointment perfectly from the first greeting, billing my insurance, and my exit. Love Kler Dental, great job Rianne and Dr. Shaar!!

I recently visited this dental office and was blown away by the exceptional care and service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and made to feel comfortable in the clean and modern waiting area.During my appointment, the dental hygienist and dentist were both incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were doing and why. They were also very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.What impressed me most was the office's use of the latest dental technology, which made the entire experience quick and efficient. The staff was also very accommodating and worked with me to schedule my appointment at a time that was convenient for me.Overall, I had a great experience at this dental office and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental care. The staff's commitment to exceptional patient care and the use of advanced technology truly set this office apart.

We joined the Kler dental office a few years ago after being with the same dentist for over 30 years. The staff is friendly and kind. The office has taken care to meet all pandemic protocols to keep their patients safe. I am pleased with the care taken during my appointments.

Have been going to this dental clinic for years now and have always had great and professional service. The whole staff are very friendly and accomodating. I started going there when I was living in Oakville over 5 years ago and have have been in Mississauga over 5 years now and still go to them because I can always count on a decent experience. Just an excellent all around dental clinic.
